** Student special scheme/Student cash back offer will henceforth be referred to as-Marks Multiplier Scheme
** This scheme is being organised and conducted by TVS Motor Company Limited, India (“TVSM”)
** Marks Multiplier Scheme cash back is only valid for students who have appeared in class X, XI or XII exams in the year 2014, currently residing in India.
** Marks Multiplier scheme is applicable for both boys and girls who are students and comply to conditions mentioned above
** The vehicle can only be purchased by person holding a valid two wheeler license
** By availing offer, all participants agree to being competent (i.e. being of sufficient age and mental capacity and are legally permitted to ride two-wheelers and are holders of a Valid Driver’s License) and eligible to enter into any legally binding agreement.
** In case the vehicle is purchased in the name of father or mother, marks card should clearly establish the relationship.
** The cash back will be based on the OVERALL score ONLY
** This cash back will be valid for Scooty Pep+ and Scooty Streak models ONLY
** The cash back amount would be as per the slabs mentioned in the scheme depending on the percentage marks scored or grade received in the marks card

Terms and Conditions :
** Cashback will be provided based on the marks card submitted at the time of purchase.
** Change/s in the marks card due to any reason later on will not be entertained/adhered to
** TVS Motor Company and its Dealer partners have the right to check the authenticity of the marks card submitted at any given point.
** To avail the cashback, copy of mark sheet needs to submitted at the respective dealership from where the purchase is being made
** Submitting an entry doesn’t warrant you the cashback amount, it only indicates how much cashback one is able to get if all the other terms and conditions mentioned above are met.
** TVS Motors reserves the right to disqualify/revoke any cashback claim if they have reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions
** The above mentioned scheme is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for kind
** TVSM reserves the right to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice, and without further obligation or liability to any participant. TVSM retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion and the terms and conditions may change from time to time, participants are advised to update their knowledge of the same regularly.
** Ex-showroom price of Scooty Pep+ Base model may vary from state to state
** Retail Finance Scheme available at TVS dealership may vary from state to state
** Any other offer being mentioned in the print ad being released from TVSM is subject to its availability in the area of residence of the participant. Other offers are available for a limited period and the availability should be checked with an authorized TVS dealership only.
** All participants by entering the details authorize TVSM to send SMS or emails any time to him/her to communicate contest status or results and DND(do-not-disturb) is not applicable under any circumstances. TVSM shall not be responsible for any multiple communications or any non-delivery of SMS due to the DND.
** The offers and the CTC are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in relation with regard the conduct of the Contest, interpretation of the CTC shall be subject exclusively to Hosur, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
