Post Matric Scholarship For Puducherry State Students :
This service aims at providing scholarship awards to students from UT of Puducherry.The Government reservation rules apply to these services. A total of 45 awards for undergraduates and 15 awards for post graduates
Service Details :
This service aims at providing scholarship awards to students from UT of Puducherry. The Government reservation rules apply to these services.
A total of 45 awards for under graduates and 15 awards for post graduates.
Eligiblity :
1. Minimum of 60 % marks should have been obtained for science students
2. Minimum of 55 % marks should have been obtained for arts students.
3. Income limit of Rs.25,000/-.
Enclosures :
1. 12th Standard Mark sheets.
2. Income Certificates.
3. Photo Identification Proof.
4. Caste Certificate.
Current SLA :
The Issue of scholarship amount to the students depends upon the time taken to receive the government sanction and availability of funds.
Selected Beneficiaries receive :
For Professional Courses :
For day scholars Rs.120/- per month for 10 months for all 3 years.
For Hostellers Rs.300/- per month for 10 months for all 3 years.
Other Degree courses :
For day scholars Rs.60/- per month for 10 months for 1st year and Rs.90/- per month for 10 months for 2nd and 3rd years.
For Hostellers Rs.100/- per month for 10 months for 1st year and Rs.120/- per month for 10 months for 2nd and 3rd year.
Scholarship For Post Graduate Students :
This service aims at providing scholarship awards to students from UT of Puducherry.The Government reservation rules apply to these services
Service Details :
This service aims at providing scholarship awards to students from UT of Puducherry.
A total of 66 wards for students pussuring Post Graduate courses
Eligiblity :
1.Should be a post graduate student.
2. Annual Parental Income should be less than 25,000/-.
3. Minimum of 60% marks should have been obtained in science and commerce Subjects at UG level
4. Minimum of 55% marks should have been obtained in Arts Subjects at PG Level
Enclosures :
1. Photo Identification Proof.
2. Income and Revenue Certificates.
3. Degree Mark Sheets
Current Scholarship Amount :
The Issue of scholarship amount to the students depends upon the time taken to receive the government sanction and availability of funds.

A sum of Rs 120/- per month for 10 months for day scholars.
A sum of Rs 300/- per month for 10 months for hostellers.
For Renewal :
Scoring in the 1st attempt , a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam
