(1) Name of the post : DIRECTOR / JOINT SECRETARY/ (Law)
No. of posts : 1
Maximum Age : 45 Years (as on 01.05.2014)
Director (Law) :
Pay Band (PB-4) : Rs 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs 8700/- (Gross Salary per annum – Rs.13.4 lakh approx.)
Qualification : Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent-full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes. The degree should also be recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Experience: 10 years experience of which 5 years in handling legal matters in large industrial organizations / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities.

Joint Secretary (Law) :
Pay Band (PB-4): Rs 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs 10000/- (Gross Salary per annum – Rs. 15.3 lakh approx.)
Qualification: Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent-full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes. The degree should also enjoy recognition by the Bar Council of India.
Experience: 15 years experience of which 5 years in handling legal matters in large industrial organizations / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities.

(2) Name of the post : JOINT DIRECTOR / DIRECTOR/ (Internal Audit)

Maximum Age : 45 Years (as on 01.05.2014)

JOINT DIRECTOR (Internal Audit):
Pay Band (PB-3) : Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs 7600/- (Gross Salary per annum – Rs.8.9 lakh approx.)
Qualification: A degree in Commerce and also Membership of ICSI/ICAI/ICAI (Cost).
Experience: 7 years experience of which 3 years in handling maintenance of books of accounts, Inter – unit reconciliation, finalization of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements, internal and statutory audit, tax compliances including service tax and TDS, investment of funds and Budgetary control.

DIRECTOR (Internal Audit) :
Pay Band (PB-4) : Rs 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs 8700/- (Gross Salary per annum – Rs.13.4 lakh approx.)
Qualification: A degree in Commerce & Member of ICSI/ICAI/ICAI(Cost).

Qualification:
(i) Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/Finance / any other subject relevant to CS course
(ii) Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed or a pass in CS/CA/CMA.
(iii) A minimum of three years of teaching, research or industry experience, excluding the period of research for Ph.D. degree;
(iv) Contribution to educational innovation such as design of new curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching process.

Associate Professor :
Pay Band (PB-4) : Rs 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs 9000/- (Gross Salary per annum – Rs. 13.5 lakh approx.)
Maximum Age (As On 01.05.2014) : 45 Years
Qualification:
(i) Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance / any other subject relevant to CS course
(ii) Master Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed or a pass in CS/CA/CMA.
(iii) A minimum of nine years of teaching, research or industry experience, excluding the period of research for Ph.D. degree;
(iv) Reasonable publications as expected of an eminent academics
(v) Contribution to educational innovation such as design of new curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching process.
