Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for one post of Slide Librarian and one post of Confidential Assistant.

Method of Recruitment : Direct
Age limit : 30 years relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidate (for direct recruitment)
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Essential :
1. M.A. in History of Art/Fine Arts/Ancient Indian History and Culture/Archaeology or equivalent from a recognised University.
2. 2 years experience of working in an Art Library
Desirable : Diploma in Library Science

2. Name of the Post : Confidential Assistant
Number of post : One
Scale of Post : Rs.9300-34800+GP Rs.4600/-
Method of recruitment : Transfer/Transfer on Deputation failing which by direct Recruitment.
Age limit (Direct recruitment) : 30 years relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidate
Educational Qualifications and experience:
1. B.A. degree or equivalent from a recognised University
2. 7 years experience of working with Head of Deptt. of major Govt. Institutions, requiring handling of Confidential Documents and matters
