#XperiaZ2 Challenge :
How To Play :
1. “Xperia Z2 –Challenge ” will begin on June 2nd, 11 :00 AM and end on June 6th 2014, 5:15 PM
2. The contest would be conducted via quiz on Twitter for 1 day.
3. A total of 3 (Three) sub-contests will be conducted.
3.1. 2nd June 2014 – 3 Questions will be asked, between 11am to 5 :15pm
3.2. 4th June, 2014 – 4 Questions will be asked, between 11am to 5 :15pm
3.3. 6th June, 2014 – 4 Questions will be asked, between 11am to 5 :15pm
4. Each question will have its own dedicated hashtag from Q1 to Q11. For Example #Q1 will stand for Question 1, and so on.
5. We will only consider replies to the original question put out from the AT SonyXperiaIndia twitter handle as correct responses and only if they have the following right hashtag associated :
** #XperiaZ2
** Dedicated hashtag of the question your are answering to. ( #Q1 to #Q11 )
6. Each participant is required to submit correct answers on twitter to be eligible to win prizes. Users with all correct answers will automatically be eligible for prizes.
7. The speed of response, the number of tweets with the hashtag and the influence of the twitter use will be accounted for determining the winner.
8. You can also share wrong answers to misguide other quizzers along with the right answer. We will only consider your right answer as your entry for the prize.

Terms and Conditions :
Sony “#XperiaZ2 Challenge” hereafter called “Contest” will be governed by the following Terms & Conditions :
1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.
2. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
3. The contest shall commence from June2nd, 2014 at 11 :00 A.M and shall terminate on 6th June 2014 5:15 PM. The contest will be played in 3 different parts scheduled of which is mentioned in point 9.
4. The contest is open to citizens of India, residents in India only. Employees of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. (“Sony India”), Sony Entertainment television (SET), Sony Videos (SPE) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and immediate family members of such Sony group companies employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India/ or non-residents Indians are also not eligible to participate in the contest.
5. Sony India will scrutinize all users for conditions mentioned under the ambit of “REJECTION/DISQUALIFICATION”. Any user found flouting the “REJECTION/DISQUALIFICATION” terms will be disqualified immediately without any prior notice to the participant. Sony India cannot be held liable for such action.
6. Sony India shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the offer or the prize, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.
7. Contest will be hosted on Sony XperiaIndia’s official Twitter Channel – www.twitter.com/sonyxperiaindia
8. A user must be a follower of Sony XperiaIndia Twitter Handle to be eligible for the contest and must use the mandatory hashtag ‘#XperiaZ2’ and ‘Question dedicated hashtag” to participate.
9. A total of 3 (Three) sub-contests will be conducted.

10. The Grand winner of the contest will stand a chance to win the final Grand Prize ‘Sony Xperia Z2 + Smartband – SWR100’.
11. Sony India will conduct a lucky draw to decide the Grand Prize winner out of the individual winner of 3 sub-contests
12. The speed of response, the number of tweets with the hashtag and the influence of the twitter use will be accounted for determining the winner for sub-contest.
13. Sony India will reserve the final rights to choose the winners of these sub contests.
14. There will be no separate gratification/prize for the winners of the individual 3 (Three)sub -contests.
15. Sony India will reserve the final rights to choose the one Grand Prize winner at the end of the contest.

Rejection/Disqualification :
16. Sony India reserves the right to disqualify any participant / even winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest.
17. Sony India will do rigorous background check on the activities related to participation in this contest to ensure that only genuine participants win the contest. Sony India will also send direct messages to any participant to check upon the person’s participation at the Contest
18. Any participant found to be copying or using any unauthorized or copyrighted video/text shall be immediately banned from the Contest. Sony India shall not be liable for any copyright claims arising so forth.
19. Sony India shall not be responsible in any manner to anybody including any of the participants for the misuse of any video/ image/ text at this Contest.
20. Sony India will do rigorous background check on the activities related to participation and voting in this contest to ensure that only genuine participants win the contest. Sony India will also send direct messages to any participant or voter for any participant to check upon the person’s participation at the Contest
21. Sony India reserves the right to choose another participant/ winner in the event of disqualification/rejection of any of the participant/ winner.

Winners :
22. Sony India and a jury appointed by Sony India reserve the sole rights to decide on one Grand Prize winnerout of the individual winner of 3(Three) sub-contests. Their decision on winner is final and binding for all participants.
23. Sony India will do a rigorous check to verify the authenticity of winners/participants. This would include a check on the genuinity of the winner and even other participants. This is just to ensure that only genuine people participate and have a chance to win the Contest and spurious Facebook accounts are kept away from the contest.

Prize :
24. Winner will get a Xperia Z2 and Smartband, provided the conditions mentioned in ambit of “REJECTION/ DISQUALIFICATION” are taken care of.
25. The winner shall be invariably required to produce valid identity proofs. The winner shall be required to provide self-attested proof of identity, proof of residence, email copy and all other necessary documents for verification. In case of the validation failure, the prize will be cancelled.
26. Winner must submit all documents for reviews in the manner communicated by Sony India. In case the shortlisted participants fail to contact the specified person on or before the designated date i.e. June 30, 2014 the winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.
27. Sony India may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.
28. The ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein and as amended/ modified from time to time as mentioned at the Sony India’s website apply to this Contest.
29. In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Sony India, Sony India shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
30. Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
31. Contest is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.
32. Participants who have not attained the age of majority i.e. 18 shall be required to get a written consent from the parent/ guardian in order to claim prize.
33. Sony India may use the winner’s photo further in marketing communication purpose with due credit to the winner. This shall not be treated as Copyrights violation in any manner.

Changes To The Terms And Conditions :
34. We may change these conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
