Direct Telephonic Calls :
When a Caller dials Toll Free Number ( 1800-4250-0009 ) of GVMC Automatically IVR System Welcomes the Caller and asks to choose an option of language.
Caller has to choose a language , dial 1 for Telugu, 2 for English and 3 for Hindi.
After Selecting the Language option by dialing 1 or 2 , the caller has to choose
1 For Complaints ,
2 for water taker,
3 to know there taxes and
4 for General Information.
If the caller dials 1 ( Complaints) :
** Citizen can record complaint, name, address and telephone number after the beep.
** After the complaint is recorded a complaint number will be given to the caller.
** The complaint is transcripted by the call-centre operator. An SMS will be automatically sent to the concerned official giving all details.
** At the same time a SMS will be sent to the complainant giving details like complaint number, name, telephone number of the concerned authority, etc.
** Once the complaint is redressed and updated a SMS will be automatically sent to the complainant for confirmation.
If the caller dials 2 ( Water Tanker) :
** . The call will be transferred to the Call – Centre operator who will take the details and enter the same in application that generates a code and informs to filling station.
If the caller dials 3 ( Taxes) :
** . The call will be transferred to the call- centre operator who will give the necessary information
If the caller dials 4 :
General information like pre-requisites for getting new water connection, Title transfer, Birth certificate, Death certificate Etc., will be replayed

*Complient* : Due to sanitary under ground pipe blockage in front of our home, our sanitary line is overflowing.
This problem is facing very frequently.
Kindly clear the blockage. It is getting very foul smell and unhygienic.

Dog menace complained several times, but no reply nor any action.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY PROPERTY TAX ON LINE BUT FAILED AS THE DATA IS NOT MATCHING, ie MY OLD ASSESSMENT IS 10000480121. HOUSE TAX ID . 4040228990.
AS I AM STAYING AT HYDERABAD ON LINE PAYMENT IS THE ONLY WAY.
HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPLY ME WITH NEW ASSESSMENT NO IMMEDIATELY TO ENABLE ME TO PAY BY TOMORROW ie.30.06.2020.
Sir/madam we r staying 49/11/8 ground floor ward no. 12. Zone.2. my brother is staying 1st floor latrine tank leaking bricks came out latrine leaking since 7 days all members told not taking any action based smell coming mosquitos coming take necessary action .
I made a complaint regarding the inability to pay property tax at e seva centres because the tax assessment number was not opening. I was directed to speak to the zonal commissioner m/s Satyavati. When I spoke to her she wanted me to meet her in the MCV zonal office Madhurawada to see why the assessment number was not opening. I told her that my problem could be looked into even without my presence and I can give all the details. Then she asked me to SMS the details to her. I told her that it is so hard for me to leave the hospital.
After receiving my SMS she called me and informed that the assessment numbers are changed and new numbers are allotted. If I bring the old tax receipt she would give new assessment number and I can pay the tax there itself.
When I went there with the old tax receipt they asked me to stand in queue which was very long. I paid the tax since unless I pay the tax the new number won’t be generated.
She could have told me this over the phone itself. If I knew that it would take so much time I could have gone on a convenient day and time. I couldn’t leave the hospital without alternative arrangements for long time and I was disappointed and returned back without resolving my problem.
From yesterday evening I visited so many e seva centres and today I came all the way to Madhurawada and still my problem is not sorted out.
This is a harassment of the tax payers. When you change the numbers it is your duty to see that there is no inconvenience caused to the tax payer in taking the payments.
Why should the tax payer go round to know the reasons for not being able to pay the tax? It is clearly lack of concern to the tax payers inconvenience.
I would appreciate if you can arrange to give me the new assessment number so that I can pay the tax at an e seva centre near to my residence.
Otherwise I would loose an entire working day if I have to stand in queue at madhurawada. Thanking you

THE GVMC PROPERTY IS BEING ENCROACHED BY CONSTRUCTING A PERMANENT WALL ON THE SEWAGE CANAL (GEDDA). EARLIER IT WAS DISMANTLED THRICE. IT IS BEING CONSTRUCTED AGAIN. PLEASE TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION.
