Schedule of common written examination for Assistant Loco Pilot and various posts of Technician-III against CEN-01/2014.

Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar will conduct common written examinations on three dates (forenoon session on each date) for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and various posts of Technician Gr.III as per the following schedule in various centres in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Choudwar, Puri, Khurda Road and Sambalpur.

Reporting time/ Exam Duration : 10.30AM 90 min. (11.00AM to 12.30PM)

The candidates are being called for written examinations as per the alphabetical order of their names mentioned in their application form and the alphabet ranges against these three dates of examinations are mentioned in the Table-A above. It may be noted that some of the candidates of alphabet R who could not be accommodated on 20.7.2014, are being called on 13.7.2014 also. Candidates may note that written examinations for Assistant Loco Pilot & all posts of Technician Gr.III of all participating RRBs will be conducted on the same dates.

The call-letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the prima-facie eligible candidates for above mentioned posts are being sent at the corresponding address given in the Application form. Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. Those eligible candidates who do not get call-letters or who have been issued call-letters with wrong name, date of birth, community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may come personally to Railway Recruitment Board at D- 79/80, Rail Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751023, Odisha as per following schedule from 09.30 hrs to 17.00 hrs for getting corrected/duplicate call-letters. Candidates requiring minor spelling correction of their names or minor correction of date-of birth need not come for the correction of call-letters. Adequate proof of having submitted application i.e. copy of DD/IPO and two passport size photograph, age proofcertificate, caste certificate (if SC/ST/OBC), ESM discharge certificate etc. should be brought by them.

Note : Candidates are advised to adhere to the above schedule to avoid rush on the last day and inconvenience faced thereby.

Request of issue of duplicate call-letter or any correction on call-letter on the day of the written examinations will NOT be entertained.

Similarly, the rejection letters have also been dispatched indicating the cause of rejection to ineligible candidates whose applications have been rejected.

If such candidate feels that his/her application has been rejected for wrong reasons, he/she may also come to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar on same date and time of issue of Duplicate/corrected call-letter as mentioned above to scrutinize his/her application. It should be noted that duplicate call-letter will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates which can be viewed on this RRB’s website w.e.f. 02.06.2014.

Duplicate call-letters can also be downloaded from the above mentioned website of RRB, Bhubaneswar w.e.f. 02.06.2014 onwards. All such candidates who do not get the original call-letter sent by post, must paste their self attested latest colour photograph at the place provided in the downloaded call-letter and bring one valid photo Identity card (Voter Card/Passport/AADHAR card/Driving license/PAN Card) in original with them for verification of their genuineness at the exam centre. Without this, the downloaded call-letters are not valid for appearing in the written examination.
