DeshKiDictionary Contest 2014 :
These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Micromax Unite 2 – #DeshKiDictionary contest& henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer –Micromax.
1. This contest is brought to you by Micromax and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or more residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
2. This contest is open from 31stMay, 2014 on the official Micromax Website. The last day for participation is 19th June, 2014 till 11 :59 PM.
3. All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
4. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
5. The grand prize will betwo Micromax Unite 2 mobile phones.
6. Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
7. Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
9. Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.

How to Participate :
To participate in thecontest, the contestant needs to do the following :
** Log on to the Micromax #DeshKiDictionary microsite
** Check the ‘Word of the Day’.
** Tweet your definition for the word of the day to the official Micromax Mobile twitter handle with the hash tag #DeshKiDictionary and #MySlang
** You can also nominate your own word by tweeting to the official Micromax Mobile twitter handle with the hash tag #DeshKiDictionary and #MySlang
** Multiple entries are allowed.
** We will shortlist entries from Twitter.
** The winners will be decided on the basis of maximum retweets received on their nominated words or definitions submitted.
** Two contestants with the maximum retweeted word and definition each will be chosen as the winners.
** In case of a tie, the winners will be chosen based on judge’s discretion. Criteria being quality of the tweets.
** By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
** The Grand prize winners will be contacted on XX by the Micromax team. They will need to respond and accept the prize within a duration of 5 hours. If a winner fails to do so, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
