My Brother Jimmy Daniels has A life Insurance Policy of $25,000.00 with you Policy # 100212553931, he Died on Dec 26, 2015. I James P. Daniels is the Beneficiary on the Policy. on Dec.30, 2015. I went to the Jonesboro, Arkansas to file the claim, the lady there filled out everything and had me sign and I left the original Certified Death Certificate with her. I returned the following week to check on things, I started in the office and A black man came out and blocked me from going in and pointed at the sign on the door. I called the number posted on the door. they finally told me that they received the paperwork on Jan. 4, 2016. The following week I received the exact paperwork in the mail that I had completed in the local office. I filled out those and mailed them by certified mail with return rect. as of now no answer. I specified in the letter that it’s going to be turned over to the Lawyer for Legal Action if I don’t hear from you soon.
