Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill following posts on contractual basis for one year. The posts are purely temporary and can be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance against deliverables specified in the contract. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. In case of receipt of large no. of applications the applicants will be shortlisted based on merit only eight candidates for each vacancy shall be called for written test/interview. . The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MOHFW, Govt. of India guidelines issued from time to time;

Qualification & Experience :
i) Should either be a Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology/ Human Development or hold a diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS . In case of candidates infected or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or those with a diploma in nursing may be considered if they have minimum of one year experience in the field of HIV/AIDS.
ii) It is desirable that candidates for the post of counselors hold a postgraduate degree either in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.) or Social Work

Qualification & Experience : Should be a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from any recognized Institution approved by State Govt of Haryana.

3 Name of the post : DAPCU District Programme Manager
No. of post : 1 Gen (On Deputation)
Qualification & Experience :
(A) Asstt. Director Officer from State Centre Cadre with sufficient Administrative experience Experience in Health Sector in Govt Service (On Contractual Basis)
(A) Medical professional in modern medicine with 2 years of experience in HIV/AIDS Programme or health programme implementation OR
( C) Post graduate degree in Management with 3 years experience in HIV/AIDS Programme health programme implementation OR
(B) Master Degree in Social Science or Life Science with 4 Years field experience in HIV/ AIDS or health Programme
Age : 21-62 years

4 Name of the post : Monitoring & Evaluation Asstt
No. of post : 1 Gen
Qualification & Experience : Graduate with computer knowledge Writing and Reading skill in English and Hindi (or local language) is Compulsory. Experience candidates will be preferred

5.Name of the post : OST Centre DOCTOR INCHARGE

Qualification & Experience :
i) M.B.B.S with valid registration from the Medical Council.
ii) MD Psychiatry/Diploma in Psychiatry Medicine (DPM) will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience : Should be Graduate and should have received formal training in Computer Applications. Preference will be given to Higher Qualification & Diploma/Degree in Computer

i) Bachelors Degree in Psychology/Social Science/Humanities.
ii) Those who have received training in Counseling of drug users and prior experience of working with drug users are preferred.

Qualification & Experience : Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution if not available then Diploma holder in Pharmacy with 3 years of experience in Health care institution may be considered. He or she must be registered in the concerned state pharmacy council.

Qualification & Experience : Graduate (Preferably with commerce background) with diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute or University or “O” level course from DOEACC

Qualification & Experience : Should be a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from any recognized Institution pproved by State Govt of Haryana.

Qualification & Experience : Intermediate (12th) Working knowledge of English, Hindi. Preference will be given to Person living with HIV/AIDS

10 Name of the post : Head Office of HSACS Divisional Assistant

Qualification & Experience : Graduation with Computer Literacy.
Age : 21-62 years
