Citibank’s EPay lets you pay your Credit Card bills online even if you don’t have a Citibank banking account. This will normally take 2 working days to get credited into your account depending on the time taken by your Bank to process the payment.
Step – 1 : Clik on EPay
Step – 2 : Enter card number and amount to pay
Step – 3 : Choose bank account to be debited.
Step – 4 : Login to your account, verify details and confirm payment.

If you are attempting to make payment to any other person’s Credit Card from your Citibanking / Suvidha Account, you can Login to Citibank Online with your IPIN, register the Credit Card and then make the transfer easily.
Your bank account will be debited and the payment to the Credit Card will be applied in 1 working day.

The credit will be effected on your Card by end of the day (if done before 5 p.m.) else the next day. Funds transfer request made on non-working days will get executed on the following working day. At my home address in India , our people have received a citi bank new platinum credit card ENDING with no …….6327 in lieu of previous card no ending with ……6962. I AM IN RECEIPT OF THE NEW CARD at my overseas camp
I was told that I would get new PIN after 15 days but so far I have not received the same at my home address. I am unable to operate the card with previous IPIN. I am in deep trouble since I am unable to do any transaction which I am required to do in my overseas travel.
HOW CAN I GET MY IPIN now ? I have registered cell number in India which cannot be accessed by the bank except my e mail ID

Yesterday i.e 27.1.2014 ,I had paid my citi bank credit card payment via ICICI net banking using “Pay any visa card ” option. Still now I didn’t get the payment confirmation message. Why is it so? How can I come to know tat whether my payment has been done or not. My due date is 31.1.2014.
Please advise the procedure for making citi bank credit card payment through the other banks debit cards.

I am a Citibank credit card member since long back. My credit card No is 5546379464522018. Today I received that SMS e Statement could not delivered and you people asked me to update email ID. How to update email id?
I could assume that you mail id has become inactive or anything seems to be like bouncing. Please check whether the mail id given by you is valid.
You can write a letter regarding change of mail ID and put it in any CITI bank ATM drop box.
HDFC customer care asked me to do like that.
