Applications are invited for the Post of Physiotherapist for Central Hospital DLW/Varanasi on contract basis.

Name of the post : Physiotherapist
Age : 18 to 28 years, as on 21/11/ 2013
Period : The contract period of Physiotherapist shall be upto 30.06.2014 .

Educational Qualification : Intermediate with Diploma/Degree in B. P. T. from any recognized Institute.

Honorarium : Physiotherapist shall draw remuneration @ Rs.17145/- per month and they shall not be permitted for private practice. The medical facility, leave etc. will be given as per rules.

Applications are invited to fill up the Two (02) vacancies of the Full Time contract Medical Practitioner. 01 post shall be filled up by post Graduate (MD, DNB or DGO) in Gynecology and 01 post by Graduate/Diploma from other clinical field. In case appropriate Specialists are not available, General Duty Doctors will be entertained. Details of particulars are as under;

Name of the post : Medical Practitioner
No. of post : Two (02)
Age:- Not more than 50 years from the date of notification (i.e. 01/10/13).

Period:- One year from the date of engagement. It may be extended up to 08 years on the basis of satisfactory performance.
Place of working: – DLW Hospital.

Required qualifications:
(i) Post Graduate Degree in Gynecology and post Graduate/Diploma in other field with registration by Medical Council of India/ State chapter.
(ii) M.B.B.S. with registration by Medical Council of India / State chapter.

Monthly Honorarium:
General Duty Doctor : Rs. 39,400/- (includes HRA Rs, 5,250/-+ Transport allowance Rs. 3712/-)
Specialist : Rs. 46,800/- (includes HRA Rs, 6,838/-+ Transport allowance Rs. 3712/-)

How to Apply :
Interview for the above posts has been fixed on 30-10-2013. Willing and eligible candidates should report at 10.00 hrs in General Manager (Personnel) Office. Candidates must bring required documents like, mark sheets of MBBS/MD/Diploma degree etc. If worked in Railway Hospital prior to this, certificate of the same should also be enclosed.
