How to Apply :
To procure Admission Form along with Prospectus for each of the courses, options are as follows ;
Option 1: Download Admission Form from the website and submit filled Admission Form to the Head of the Department of the respective course along with DD of Rs.300/-.
Option 2: Admission Form can be purchased by cash / DD of Rs. 300/- from the following places:
(i) Office of the Dean, Postgraduate Studies, Room No. 312, Administrative Building, University of Kota.
(ii) Office of the Head of the Departments of the respective courses, University of Kota.
Option 3: For getting Admission Form by post send a DD of Rs. 350/- to address given below

Important Dates & Information :
1 Sale of Admission Forms : May 15, 2014 (Thursday)
2 Last date of Submission of filled Admission Form : June 14, 2014 (Saturday)
3 Display of Merit Lists on website for provisional admission : June 18, 2014 (Wednesday)
4 First round of counselling and fee deposition for provisional admission :
(i) Science & Education : June 23, 2014 (Monday)
(ii) Social Sciences, Commerce & Management and Law : June 24, 2014 (Tuesday)
5 Second round of counselling and fee deposition for provisional admission:
(i) Science & Education : June 26, 2014 (Thursday)
(ii) Social Sciences, Commerce & Management and Law : June 27, 2014 (Friday)
6 Form can be submitted with 1st and 2nd Year marks sheets.
7 Final year / semester marks sheet can be submitted within 15 days of the declaration of respective result.
Important Note :
1 Separate notification shall be issued for the admission to the M. Phil. & Ph. D. programmes.
2 M. B. A. admissions shall be as per CMAT guidelines.
3 M. C. A. admissions shall be as per RMCAAT guidelines.
4 Rights to increase and decrease in number of seats are reserved with the University.
5 All rights reserved with the University to start or drop the course depending upon number of applicants.
