Where should we correct form 1 and 14?
We have our alvara property in Queri Sattari Goa. In alvara record shown that the land gra ted to Saguna bai Gaunco dated 25/9/1928. But in other right column of form 1 ana 14 shows that alvara granted to Bablo Deu Magico dated 12/6/1928.

Why form I & XIV Side is not getting Opened?
I need to view online already completed mutation status of rural land record, salcete. I can’t get into the desired page. What do I do? Where do I view the answer?

What is significance of Other Rights column ( If it is blank or occupied it makes what difference?)
1) If it is occupied then it is not clear title on the name of occupant?
2) If it is occupied by dead person name then it is not clear title on the name of occupant?
3) If it is occupied by dead person name then lank what is the procedure to make it blank ?
5) Several people purchased plots at a time in one Survey number from only Occupant. Saledeeds were prepared by same advocate (similar saledeeds) After couple of years every ones name appeared in the Occupant column, but in Remarks column – area of plot of few Occupant is entered, for others it is blank. why ?

You need to select taluka and enter mutation number to check the mutation status.
IF THE AREA SHOWN IN THE FORM I & XIV IS LESS THAN THE ACTUAL AREA AND THAT SHOWN IN THE SALE DEED,THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET FORM I & XIV RECTIFIED?
You have to get a Re-Survey of the said Plot done through the Government Survey Department and then rectify the correct area.
