Instructions for Written Test :
a) Candidates should note carefully the Roll Number, Date, Time and Venue of the examination given in the Admit card. INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN THE ADMIT CARD WILL HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY.
b) Admission to the Test Center will be allowed only on production of the Admit card with identifiable photograph of the candidate.
c) Candidates should bring one photo identity proof in original (Driving license/Voter ID card/Passport/PAN Card/Adhaar etc.) for verification purpose. In case of no photograph or invisible/unidentifiable photograph in the Admit card, it is mandatory to bring 03 (Three) recent passport size colour photographs duly attested by gazetted officer indicating Roll No. & Registration No. of the candidate concerned at the backside of the photograph, failing which candidate will not be allowed for written examination.
d) Orthopedically handicapped candidates whose writing speed is affected by Cerebral Palsy, under PWD category can take help of a scribe during the test as per Govt. Rules. Such candidates are required to submit an affidavit in the enclosed proforma at the time of reporting and before commencement of written test.
e) Question paper booklet and answer sheet (OMR sheet) will be supplied to the candidate. The candidate should write his/her Roll No. in the space provided on the cover page of the Question Paper booklet. The candidate should write all the information required on the answer sheet (OMR sheet) such as Roll No., Name, Category etc. He / she should do all the necessary rough work on the question paper booklet itself and should not do any rough work on the answer sheet or any other paper. All the answers must be marked in the answer sheet only. Any attempt to overwrite/rewrite in the answer sheet (OMR sheet) by any means will make disqualification of the candidature forthwith.
f) Candidates are advised to handle the answer sheet with extreme care not to mutilate, tear, fold, wrinkle or roll the answer sheet. After the test is over, the candidates should hand over the question paper booklet, answer sheet and admit card to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. Any candidate who does not return the question paper booklet and answer sheet, or is found to attempt to take the question paper booklet or answer sheet outside the examination hall will be disqualified and liable for further action.
g) Failure on the part of the candidate to join DSP within the stipulated time period/date subsequent to his/her selection for a post shall be construed as his/her unwillingness to join and said offer of appointment shall accordingly stand cancelled. No further communication in this regard will be entertained.
