Indian Heritage 2014 :
1 : There will be five winners each month.Every winner will get a certificate along with a memento. Each months winners will enter into our yearly gala competition. The winner of the yearly gala competition will get Cash reward, gift vouchers, certificate and memento
2 : Your image must be taken within India, Nepal or Bhutan. Pictures should contain any of the following themes: Mountain Rail, Devotional Places / Temples, Any heritage building, Monuments, Tombs, Historical Places etc. Your entry details must specify where the image was taken.
Terms & Conditions :
1 : By entering this Competition you are deemed to accept following Terms and Conditions.
2 : This photography contest open to all photographers aged 18 or over. The route staff, members and their immediate family members may enter this competition but will not be eligible to win a prize. No responsibility is accepted for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending of your entry. No responsibility is accepted by the route for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, and incomplete or which cannot be entered for technical or other reasons. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entry details / Images: All entries must be taken digitally and submitted electronically in our website (ie, www.theroute.in). Scans from film or prints are not acceptable. Entries will not be accepted by post or hand. Each jpg should be a maximum of 512kb in file size. Entries should be in colour. Retouching of digital images shall not be accepted.
3 : All works should be original works and not copies of other people’s works. No pictures will be accepted with any text or watermarks in it. You may not enter an image that has been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. You can enter an image taken at any time in the past three years. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to disqualify or discount any entrant, image. The route does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images. Computer-generated or computer-altered images will not be accepted. Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted. Image should be submitted as JPEG. All entrants consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by The route, without further compensation. The judges’ decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into in respect of their decision. The prizes are non-transferable.
