Applications are invited from the citizens of India ( Male/Female) to fill up 40 vacancies of Constable (GD) ( 32 for male & 08 for Female ) against Sports Quota in BORDER SECURITY FORCE .The discipline wise details of vacancies is as under

Pay Scale : PB-1: Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2000 & other allowances admissible to Central Government Employees from time to time under the rule.
Place of duty : Anywhere within as well outside the Territory of India.
Age : Between 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2014.

Educational qualification : Matriculation or 10thclass pass from a recognized Board/ University

Sports Qualification:
1 Sportsperson who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition in any of the games/sports mentioned in the list at para-01 or
2 Sportsperson who have represented their University in the Inter—University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in any of the sports/games shown in the list at Para-01 or
3 Sportspersons of merit who have represented State Schools Team in National Sports/Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in any of the games/sports shown in the list at Para-01.

Selection Process :
All eligible candidates whose application form is found to be in order will be issued admit card/call letter to appear in the requirement process i.e. trial. Candidates will have to undergo the following process of recruitment;
i) Height Bar/Test
ii) Identity check
iii) Checking of Testimonials/documents
iv) Physical Standard Test
v) Trial in respective sports discipline.
vi) Medical Examination.

How To Apply :
1) The eligible and desirous candidates should send their application in the prescribed proforma duly typed or neatly hand written as given in Annexure-‘A ’duly filled in on fulscape paper with two attested passport size photograph, one duly affixed on application form and one on the admit card at the space prescribed for the purpose and duly completed in all respect addressed to

2) Enclosure required to be attached with application Attested Copies of;
i) Education certificate.
ii) Date of birth certificate.
iii) Indian Postal order or Demand Draft for Rs. 50/- only (exempted for SC/ST) in favour of “Commandant 25 Bn BSF. In case of Postal order payable at Post office Chhawla and in case of Demand Draft payable at SBI Najafgarh ADB, New Delhi, Bank Code 001419.
iv) SC/ST and OBC certificate, which should be on the format as prescribed in Annexure-‘E’ & Annexure-‘F’ respectively.
v) Two self-addressed envelopes of size 23×10 cms duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs 5/-bearing name and full address of the candidate with Pin code.
vi) Form for issue of Admit Card (in full size paper) duly filled in and forwarded along with passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted officer with name, designation & seal as per Annexure-‘B’.
vii) Sports achievements Certificate of the sports discipline for which the candidate is applying.
viii) ‘No objection Certificate’ issued by the Govt. /Semi Govt. department, in case the candidate is Govt. employee, as per format given in Annexure-‘C’.
