Pawan Hans Limited, a premier Public Sector Undertaking and India’s largest helicopter company, operates & maintains a fleet of 47 state-of-the-art helicopters of different make/capacity, such as Mi-172, Bell-206L4, Bell 407, Dauphin 365N/N3 & 350 B3 and ALH Dhruv helicopters.

In order to fill up shortfall / backlog vacancies for SC/ST candidates, Pawan Hans requires result oriented and dynamic professionals as under :-

SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR SC/ST CANDIDATES :
1 Name of the post : MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of post : (SC-1)
Qualification Requirement & Experience : Candidates should be CA’s / ICWA’s / full time MBA’s from a recognised Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization.
Scale of Pay : (E-4) Rs. 29100 – 54500 (IDA Pattern)
Upper Age Limit : 50 years (with relaxation)

2 Name of the post : MANAGER (COMMERCIAL)
No. of post : (ST-1)
Qualification Requirement & Experience : MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing / Finance, CA/ICWA or equivalent from recognized University / Institutes preferably from reputed Institutes with seven years’ post qualification executive experience out of which at least two years should be in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organization. The candidate should have relevant experience in all the facets of marketing & commercial activities including financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

3 Name of the post : HELICOPTER PILOT

Qualification & Experience : Pilots holding CHPL(H) or ATPL(H) preferably having endorsement on any one type of helicopter operated by the Company will be considered for Helicopter Pilot on various levels depending upon their qualification and flying hours as under :

Scale of Pay & Grade: 29100 – 54500 (E-4) (IDA Pattern)
Age limit with relaxation :50 years
Qualification & Experience: 2500 hours of flying on helicopter including 1000 as PIC

Name of the post :Jr. Captain
Scale of Pay & Grade: 24900-50500 (E-3) (IDA Pattern)
Age limit with relaxation :50 years
Qualification & Experience: 2000 hours of flying on helicopter including 500 as PIC

Name of the post :First Officer-I
Scale of Pay & Grade: 20600-46500 (E-2) (IDA Pattern)
Age limit with relaxation :40 years
Qualification & Experience: 1000 hours of flying on helicopter

4 Name of the post :AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
No. of post : (ST-1)
Qualification / Experience : The candidate must possess AME’s Licence with endorsement on atleast two categories (A&C / E,I,R) on any of the helicopters operated by the Company preferably on Dhruv Helicopters.
Scale of Pay : (E1) Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Pattern)
Upper Age Limit : 35 years (with relaxation)

5 Name of the post :OFFICER (CORPORATE COMMUNICATION)
No. of post : (ST-1)
Qualification Requirement & Experience : Candidates should be holding full time Master Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognised University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of one year post qualification relevant executive experience in a large & reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
Scale of Pay : (E1) Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Pattern)
Upper Age Limit : 35 years (with relaxation)
