Subject: Information regarding Interview Schedule for the posts of Medical Officers (General)
1.0 All the candidates who have been short-listed in the Competitive Examination of Medical Officers (General) are informed that the interviews for ibid examination process are starting from 12th May, 2014.

2.0 It is informed that the Schedule of interviews shall be put up in a staggered manner and it shall be ensured that the candidates’ schedule is hosted 10 days in advance from the date of their interviews. Accordingly, the candidates are advised to check the website of the Commission on a regular basis from 2nd May, 2014 onwards.

3.0 It is further informed that the interviews shall be conducted in two sessions;
a) Morning Session: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
b) After Noon Session: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

4.0 Total twenty (20) candidates shall be interviewed by each board daily i.e. twelve (12) in the Morning Session and eight (8) in the Afternoon Session.

5.0 It is further informed that the venue for all the interviews shall be the Office of Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala and the Reporting Time for the candidates shall be at 8.00 AM (Morning Session) and 1.00 PM (Afternoon Session). (Late Comers shall NOT be allowed to appear for the interviews)

6.0 The Candidates MUST bring the following documents (in ORIGINAL) and attested copies of the same on the day of interview;
1) Proof of Date of Birth: Certificate of Matriculation/Higher Secondary.
2) Proof of having passed Punjabi Language.
3) MBBS Degree and DMC Certificates (All Profs).
4) Permanent Registration Certificate
5) Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (If Applicable)
6) If ESM, certificates/documents mentioning the following:-
i) Date of Enrolment
ii) Date of Release/Discharge
iii) Reason of Release/ Discharge
7) Certificate as proof of age relaxation claim. ( If Applicable)
8) Certificate as proof of fee concession (If Applicable)
9) Proof of being Govt. Employee.
10) Duly filled Bio data sheet: The proforma of Bio-data sheet has been uploaded on Commission’s Website vide notice no. 18 dated 30-4-14.
