Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5 Contest :
Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5 Contest (“Contest”) is being held by Viacom18 Media Private Limited (“Organizer/Viacom18”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited (“Idea”) in relation to a Program titled “Khatron Ke Khiladi- Season 5” (“Program“) which shall be aired on by Viacom18.

The Participant shall be governed by the Contest’s terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) contained herein :
Eligibility :
The Contest is open to individual participant (“Participant”) who :
** Is a subscriber of Idea;
** Is 18 (eighteen) years of age and/or above;
** Is a citizen and resident of India;

Contest Period :
The Contest shall commence from 3rd May, 2014 at 21 :00 hours and shall conclude on 18th May, 2014 at 23:59 hours (“Contest Period”). Entries from Participants received after the Contest Period shall be considered void, invalid and ineligible for the Contest.

Mode and Manner of the Participation Mechanism :
** The Organizer’s channel “Colors” (“Channel”) will promote/air one (1) question through slates in relation to the Program (“Question”) on such dates and time, as deemed fit by the Organizer, during the Contest Period.
** The Participant who are interested in participating in the Contest shall be responsible to send a SMS (only through their Idea cell phone number) with the correct answer to the Question by sending the keyword “IDEA” <space> followed by the correct answer (i.e. A/B/C) (“Entry”) to “54777”, in order to participate in the Contest strictly in accordance with the format and code mentioned therein above, within the Contest Period (“Mechanism”).
** The Participants shall be entitled to participate by sending the correct Entry unlimited number of time. There is no cost to be payable for the Entry for participating in the Contest, unless otherwise deemed fit by Idea. Any claims/objections pertaining to the SMS and/or anything in relation thereto including but not limited to levy of charge for Entry, etc., shall be directly sent to Idea, without involving Organizer, in any manner whatsoever.
** The Organizer shall not be responsible in case of any kind of network problem, technical failure whatsoever and/or the data charges/costs charged by Idea (if any) and/or any other problems which may occur due to the failure of the Mechanism or misuse of the Mechanism or any kind of problems in connection thereto. Any dispute in connection to the same should be settled directly between the Participant/viewer/subscriber and Idea without involving the Organizer, in any manner.
** In case of telecom and/or network failure, the Organizer reserves the right to change the system/mechanism or take such necessary steps as it may deem fit.
** The Entry should state all the required information, which have been asked with regards the Contest. The Entry should be sent exactly in the manner as given under these Contest Terms and Conditions. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any wrong keyword/ word sent/spoken by the Participant including any charges that may be levied by the mobile operators for such Mechanism.
** The Entry should be sent during the Period of the Contest. Entries sent by any other mechanism and/or after the timelines and/or in contradiction to the terms and conditions stated herein shall not be eligible for the Contest and shall be deemed invalid.

Conditions in relation to participation :
** By participating in the Contest, the Participant agree to be bound by any rules and regulations, guidelines or policies (“Rules”) associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.
** The Participants in whose name the phone number (from which the SMS is sent) is registered with Idea shall be deemed to have sent the SMS. Consequently, the Winner(s) whose name the phone number (from which the SMS is sent) is registered with Idea shall be entitled to the Gratification(s). The Winner(s) must submit with the Organizer a copy of the last two bills issued by Idea as a proof that the mobile number is registered in the name of the Winner(s) and such other documents that could be furnished as proof that the mobile number is registered in the Winners’ name.
** The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.

Mode Of Selection :
** The Organizer shall, on its sole discretion select ten (10) Participants who have sent their correct Entry, provided that such Participant is in complete adherence to the Contest’s Terms And Conditions and Rules contained herein and/or as required by the the Organiser from time to time (“Winner(s)”). The decision of Viacom18 for the selection of the Winner(s) shall be final and binding on the Participants.
** The Winner(s) shall be announced/contacted within 45(forty) days of the Contest Period, unless otherwise deemed fit by the Organiser. The Participants understand that mere participation in the Contest and sending the correct answer shall not entitle the Participant to win the Contest and/or Gratification. The selection process may vary and shall be as per Organizer’s sole discretion. The Participant or any third party shall have no right to question the process of selection. Idea may determine the correctness, quality and validity of the Contest answer in their sole discretion.
** The Winners shall be intimated/contacted by the Organizer, as per the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Contest and grant of the Gratification(s) from any party whatsoever.

Collection of Gratification :
** After the Winner is announced, the Winner is required to approach the Organizer, at its sole costs, in the manner, determined and informed by the Organizer to such Winners, no later than 2 (two) days of announcement of the same and shall reach such destination as required by the Organiser, at its sole costs, and submit requisite details, copy of citizenship proof, identity proof and address proof, copy of valid passport, etc., as required by the Organizer and subject to the Participant satisfying all terms contained herein including but not limited to submission of all documents in correct and timely manner, shall be entitled to the Gratification (defined below) (“Winner(s)”).
** The Winner(s) shall be responsible to sign release letters/declaration and such other documents in the manner and format as required by the Organizer. The Winner shall also undertake such tests and reports (including but not limited to medical tests), at its own costs, as required by the Organizer.
** The Organizer shall have the unrestricted right to cancel/amend/change/alter the Gratification (in whole or part) and announce another Winner(s) in place of the originally announced/contacted Winner

if :
** the documents, details or reports of the Winner are not correct in the opinion of the Organizer; or
** documents so required are incomplete, misleading or untrue; or
** the Winner does not sign the release letter required, if any, by Organizers; or
** if the Winner does not approach the Organizer within 2(two) days of the announcement of the Gratification; or
** If the Winner has misrepresented any information or is in default of any terms contained herein; or
** The Winner is not physically/mentally fit to enjoy/experience the Gratification (defined below) including but not limited to lack of skills or training which is a pre-requisite to be entitled to the Gratification (defined below) .

Gratification :
** Upon successfully complying with the Contest Terms and Conditions mentioned herein, the Organiser shall randomly select a maximum of ten (10) Winner(s) who shall be entitled to experience adventure sports/ activities/tasks. The Winners shall be entitled to experience the aforesaid adventure at such location on such date as finalized and informed by the Organiser to the Winners, in advance (“Adventure Sports”). The Winners hereby understand that the Adventure Sports shall be of similar nature to the adventure sport activities/tasks undertaken by celebrities contestants of the Program, however, the Adventure Sports shall be conducted in India but shall in no manner be of the same scale/cost/magnitude experience by the celebrities contestants of the Program, however, shall give the Winners an opportunities to experience adventure in similar manner of the celebrities contestants of the Program. The details and scale of the Adventure Sports, lodging and travel, food and beverages during the Adventure Sport, other elements and aspects in relation to the Adventure Sport shall solely be as per the discretion of the Organizer and the same shall neither be disputed/interfered/hindered/refused/protested by the Winners, in any manner whatsoever.
** The Winner shall be entitled to the below mentioned benefits in relation to the Adventure Sport, which shall, at all times, be subject to alteration, changes, cancellation, etc., as deemed fit by the Organizer :
** Accommodation for 3(three) days and 2(two) nights in a hotel of Organizer’s choice.
** Maximum of 3 (three) meals, each day.
** Make suitable travelling arrangements as per Organizer’s internal policies;
