India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest :
1 :The “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” is being organized by Kinobeo Software Pvt. Ltd, having their registered office at Building no- 14 & 15 Community Centre Saket, New Delhi -110017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), valid for users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of its website www.mydala.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

2 :Duration of “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”: From 2nd May 2014, to 2nd June 2014 (“Term of the Scheme”).

3 :”India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” will be available subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). The Users agree to abide by these Terms in its entirety. If any User does not agree to any of the Terms, such User is advised to not participate in “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”. Organizer, reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, without notice.

4 :”India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” is valid only for Users who are:

5 :Neither prosecuted nor convicted for committing any criminal offence or abetment thereof;

6 :Not suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court etc;

7 :Employees and relatives of employees of either the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”.

8 :”India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” will have a stated end date/time. To participate in “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”, Users will have to enter his/ her details and answer five (5) cricket related questions along with an image upload on the Website.

9 :One winner of “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” shall be selected electronically through a randomized program conducted by Organizer through the duration of “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”. The winner shall be awarded a Samsung Galaxy S5 (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”). The decisions of Organizer shall be final and binding for “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest”.

10 :Organizer shall intimate the winning User via email and SMS on their registered email and mobile number. Thereafter, the Organizer will provide the winning User a time of 30 days after intimation for collecting Prize. The winning User would need to claim/accept the Prize within 30 days from the date of declaration of/intimation to the winning User. Organizer will courier the prize to the user or in certain cases the winner might have to pick up the prize at the local courier office as indicated by the Organizer. The winner User shall be solely liable to bear any cost that may be incurred by him / her, in collecting / availing the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning User within 30 (thirty) days from the date of notification by Organizer, for any reason(s) whatsoever, Organizer shall be entitled to forfeit the Prize. Organizer’s right to forfeit the Prize as stated herein shall include without limitation cases where the mobile number supplied by winning the User is incorrect, suspended, and hacked or not in use. Organizer will dispatch the prize within 60 days of getting User claim of winning the prize.

11 :Organizer will not be liable for any extra charges as may be applicable on the Prize including but not limited to Insurance, Registration Fees, Road Tax, or any other tax which shall have to be solely borne by the winning User. Additional charges/ taxes may vary from region to region.

12 :Organizer shall under no circumstance be liable to exchange the Prize for cash or kind

13 :However, the Organizer reserve the right to substitute and/ or change the Terms and/ or Prize, without any prior intimation or notice to the Users and/ or winner User as the case may be.

14 :The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or loss that may accrue in the delivery of the Prize.

15 :Organizer may at its sole discretion choose to publish the name, photograph and / or contact particulars of the winner(s) on its Website and/or any other publicity media that Organizer may at its sole discretion choose to employ without any further compensation to the winning User. The winning User waives their right to object to such publication and by participating in this deal he/she grants Organizer the right to use your name, photograph and contact particulars for the above mentioned purpose.

16 :The “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” is subject to the laws of India and all disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi.

17 :Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw the “India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” at any time without notice.

18 :By participating in this contest, all eligible users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In and related sites including any modifications, alterations or updates affected by the Organizer. All participant Users are requested to review and understand the Terms before entering the Transaction.

19 :”India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” is valid subject to the winning User complying with all Terms and Conditions contained herein, as required by the Organizer. Any failure on the part of the User to comply with the any specified Terms contained herein shall disqualify such User.

20 :”India’s Craziest Cricket Lovers Contest” is subject to applicable laws and guidelines/ directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (‘TRAI’), Department of Telecom (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
