1 This is a web-based contest, conducted by Oxigen Wallet and is live from00 hours of 2nd day of May, 2014 to 24 hours of 16th day May, 2014.
2. This contest is open to resident of India and aged 18 year or above and must be citizens of India
3. Precondition to participate in the contest is, participants MUST Like the Facebook page otherwise his/her entries will not be entertained for contest.
4. Entry of the participant must be an original work of the entrant, not have been previously published, not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

How To Enter :
5.The participants need to publish a comment on the Oxigen Wallet official page and answer the questions asked.
6. The contest will be open all the way till 16th day May, 2014 upto 24 hours. Posts published till then will only be valid.

Criteria For Judging Entries :
7.The judgment would be based upon the creativity and uniqueness of the content that the participants post.
8. A participant can win only once during the course of the 15 days contest.
9. The decision on selection of winners by Oxigen Wallet shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature. Oxigen Wallet will have no influence on the winner selection. The winners would be required to produce a proof of Identity.

Winner Notification :
10.Winners will be notified by E-Mail within 3 days of completion of the contest.
11. Oxigen Wallet reserves the right to modify the terms of participation in the contest anytime without any notification to the participants.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook or any other social networking site.
13. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect.
14. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Oxigen Wallet may use the winner’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
15. Oxigen Wallet; reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the contest period.
16. Neither anything contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this Contest to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Oxigen Wallet to continue the Contest up to, on or after the Contest termination date.
17. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Oxigen Wallet; to conduct further such Contest.
18. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
19. All of Oxigen Wallet’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
20. Any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
21. Disputes arising only within 1 week after declaration of results will be entertained.
22. Oxigen Wallet reserves the right to substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
23. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to participate into the contest.
