Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts ;

1. Name of the post : Finance & Accounts-in in-charge
No. of post : 3 vacancies on contract for 3 years
The vacancies are in Kottayam Textiles, Kottayam; Edarikkode Textiles, Malappuram and Malabar Spinning & Weaving Mills, Kozhikode.
Qualification : C.A. (Inter)/I.C.W.A. (Inter).
Experience : 2 years’ post qualification experience, with preference to those having experience in Textile Sector.
Age limit : Maximum 40 years as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC.
Salary : Consolidated monthly salary of Rs.25,000 during the first year, Rs.27,500 during the second year and Rs.30,000 during the third year.

2. Name of the post : Junior Manager (Electrical)
No. of post : 1 vacancy – Permanent.
The vacancy is at Prabhuram Mils, Alleppey.
Qualiication : SSLC, Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience : 5 years post-qualification experience as Supervisor (Elec.), preferably in a reputed Textile Mill.
Age limit : 18-36 as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
Salary : Gross salary at the minimum of the scale of pay of Rs.10790-18000 will be Rs.29,715 per month. In addition to salary, other benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, P.F. Pension, Gratuity, Medical Re-imbursement, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. will also be admissible as per rules.

3. Name of the post : Supervisor (Textiles)
No. of post : 7 vacancies on contract for 3 years.
The vacancies are in Prabhuram Mills, Alleppey (2 Nos.); Kottayam Textiles, Kottayam (1 No.); Edarikkode Textiles, Malappuram (2 Nos.) and Malabar Spinning & Weaving Mills, Calicut (2 Nos.).
Qualification : S.S.L.C., Dilploma in Textile Technology.
Experience : 2 years post-qualification experience in a textile mill.
Age limit : 18-36 as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
Salary : Consolidated monthly salary of Rs.15,000 during the first year, Rs.16,500 during the second year and Rs.18,500 during the third year.

4. Name of the post : Worker Trainee (Special Recruitment for Scheduled Tribes)
No. of post : 10 vacancies.
The vacancies are in Prabhuram Mills, Kottayam Textiles, Edarikkode Textiles and Malabar Spinning & Weaving Mills and the postings will be made according to the availability of vacancies at each Mill. Once posted in a particular Mill, they will be in the rolls of that particular Mill.
Qualification : VII Std. Passed.
Age limit : Maximum 40 years as on 1.5.2014
Salary : Stipend for 18 months (first 6 months-Rs.150 per day, second 6 months-Rs.200 per day and third 6 months – Rs.225 per day). After successful completion of training category basic wages and other allowances as per Mill Rules will be paid.

5. Name of the post : Electrician
No. of post : 8 vacancies – Permanent.
The vacancies are in Prabhuram Mills (1 No.), Edarikkode Textiles (2 Nos.) and Malabar Spinning & Weaving (5 Nos.)
Qualification : SSLC, N.T.C. Electrician, Wireman license issued by Electrical Inspectorate. Experience : 2 years post-qualification experience
Age limit : 18-36 as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
Salary :Rs.11,200 per month including allowances (approximate)

6. Name of the post : Assistant Fitter
No. of post : 6 vacancies – Permanent.
The vacancies are in Prabhuram Mills (3 Nos.),and Kottayam Textiles (3 Nos.)
Qualification : S.S.L.C., I.T.I./I.T.C. (Fitter).
Experience : 2 years post-qualification experience.
Age limit : 18-36 as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
Salary : Rs.11,200 per month including allowances (approximate)

7. Name of the post : Workshop Assistant
No. of post : 1 vacancy – Permanent.
The vacancy is in Kottayam Textiles.
Qualification : : S.S.L.C., I.T.I./I.T.C. (Fitter).
Experience : 2 years post-qualification experience.
Age limit : 18-36 as on 1.5.2014 with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities.
Salary : Rs.11,200 per month including allowances (approximate)
