Essential Qualifications : ME/M.Tech or its equivalent in Water Resources / Hydrology / Soils & Water Conservation/Hydraulics / Irrigation / Agricultural Engineering / Remote Sensing & GIS with B.E./B.Tech or its equivalent in Civil/ Environmental / Agricultural Engineering.

Essential Qualifications : M.Tech. / M.Sc (Tech.) in Geophysics / Applied Geophysics with Physics as one of the subjects in graduation level. (or)
M.Sc in Geophysics / Applied Geophysics with Physics as one of the subjects in graduation level.
Desirable Qualifications :Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environment, computer programmingknowledge (C, Fortran, VB etc.,) Knowledge in Remote Sensing proficiency in Matlab.

Essential Qualifications : M.Sc Chemistry with specialization in inorganic/analytical/Marine Chemistry.
Desirable Qualifications :Knowledge in the ocean data collection is preferred.

Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. Physics/Physical Oceanography/ Marine Science with Physcial Oceanography.
Desirable Qualifications :Knowledge in numerical methods and programming is preferred.

Essential Qualifications : M.Tech in Geo-informatics
Desirable Qualifications :Working knowledge in MATLAB, ARCGIS and soft coding.

Selection Process: The qualifications prescribed in this advertisement are the minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible to be called for interview. Based on the experience and details of marks obtained by the applicants, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
