Procedure :
You can download your Admit Card by two options.

Option #1 (search by your Application Number/ Form Number )
1. Select you subject in combo Box.
2. Enter your Application Number (In your application Number is start with 0 (Zero) then type with zero i.e. 0234 or try without zero)
3. Click on search Button

Option #2 (search your Name and Date of Birth)
1. Select you subject in combo Box.
2. Enter your Name in Capital Letters
3. Enter your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY format) (if this format not work use mm/dd/yyyy)
4. Click on search Button
