As per “Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts’ Staff (Recruitment, Promotion and conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following posts/ vacancies in the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh;
1.Name of the post : Judgment Writer on contractbasis (Class-III)
No. of post : 18 (17 UR and 1 SC)
Pay Band & Grade Pay : Rs.10300-34800+Grade pay Rs.3800/-(or revised Grade Pay) on fixed contractual emoluments i.e. minimum of the pay band + Grade Pay, per month.
Qualification : Possessing minimum qualification of Graduation from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 W.P.M. on computers.
2. Name of the post : Steno Typist (Class-III)
No. of post :10( 8 UR, 1 SC, 1 ST).
Pay Band & Grade Pay : Rs.5910-20200 + Grade pay Rs.2000/-with initial start of Rs. 8240/- per month.
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 W.P.M. on computers.
3.Name of the post : Steno Typist on contract basis. (Class-III)
No. of post :2 UR
Pay Band & Grade Pay : Rs. 5910-20200 +Grade pay Rs. 2000/- on fixed contractual emoluments i.e. minimum of the pay band + Grade Pay, per month
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 W.P.M. on computers.
Fee : Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla payable at Shimla.
For General Category : Rs.200/-
For reserved category. : Rs. 150/-

i) Applications may be sent to the concerned District and Sessions Judges in the State of Himachal Pradesh where the candidate resides so as to reach in his office on or before 12.5.2014.
