BHMCT ADMISSION-CUM-SCHOLARSHIP TEST 2014-15 :
1. Candidates are required to fill-up Admission –cum-Scholarship Test form (Prescribed form given at the end of detailed instructions) & send the same by any of two methods given below –

Filled –up form to be sent to The Director , IEC Institute of Hotel Management, Plot No.04, Knowledge Park-I, Gr.Noida
or
Soft copy of filled-up form to be sent to E-mail id – dean.ihm@ieccollege.com.

2. Appearing in Admission-Cum –Scholarship Test for admission to BHMCT programme for the Academic Session 2014-15 is “FREE OF COST”

3. Detail of %age of Scholarship to be offered on Fee as follows-
Score % in Scholarship Test %age of Scholarship to be offered on Fee
Score 85 % or above 25 %
Score 75-84 % 20 %
Score 65-74 % 15 %
Score 55-64 % 10 %

4. Venue & Timing for appearing in Admission-Cum –Scholarship Test will be intimated to the candidate either on-email id as provided by the candidate on the form or through Post & telephonically as well.

5 The last date for submission of filled-up Admission-cum-Scholarship Test form shall be 30thApril, 2014 . However, it is advised to the candidate to submit the form as early as possible.

6. The Tentative date ,time & venue for conducting Admission-cum-Scholarship Test shall be 21st May.,2014 , 2.00 P.M. -3.30 P.M at IEC Institute of Hotel Management, , Plot No.04, Knowledge Park-I, Gr.Noida (Venue applicable for Delhi/NCR & UP candidates )

7. Venue for Candidates from States other than DELHI/NCR/UP)- Admission-cum-Scholarship Test will be conducted in the same state from where the candidate belongs to. Exact Venue for the same will be notified to the candidates concerned separately.

8. SCHEME OF Admission-cum-Scholarship Test :
Duration of Admission-cum-Scholarship Test -1.5 hours

6. ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN Admission-cum-Scholarship Test :
A Candidate must have Passed 10+2 examination in any discipline with minimum 50 % Marks from any recognized Board & minimum 45 % Marks from any recognized Board for SC/ST candidates as per UPTU norms.
OR
For Candidates appearing for UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examinations,2014) , For admission to first year of BHMCT, candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board /University and securing minimum 45% marks without grace (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate.
OR
Candidates appearing /appeared in 10+2 examinations , awaiting for the results may also appear in Admission-cum-Scholarship Test but admission will only be confirmed to candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of University as mentioned above .

2.Filling up of application form does not guarantee an admission to BHMCT programme
