2nd Annual Poster Design Competition :
Rules and Guidelines for the competition participants :
1 : The competition is open for school children only.
2 : Submission of entries for all categories must be in standard A3 size paper, except the colouring sheets for classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery and KG, which must be submitted on copies of the design provided on A-4 sheets (The photo-copies need to be provided to the students by the school).
3 : There are no restrictions on the type of medium used to create the posters. You may draw, paint, make a collage, use digital tools, or use photographic images.
4 : For the DIGITALLY created posters only – a soft and a hard copy must be submitted for the competition. Hard Copy must be printed in colour and in A3 size, like other posters. Soft copy should be sent to the following email address, along with submission details as outlined below (see no.9): contact AT subhagfoundation.org
5 : The submitted entry must be the original work of the student.
6 : All submissions will be assessed on their overall aesthetics, but will also take into consideration the following aspects: Caption, Creativity, Presentation, and Design.
7 : There is no restriction on the number of submissions by any student.
8 : Each entry should be accompanied by the participation fee of Rs 100/- payable through a Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of ‘SUBHAG Foundation’ or in cash.

9. Each submission should contain the following information of the student on the back of the poster :
a. Full name of the student, contact phone number of the student (or their parent/guardian)
b. E-mail ID of the student (or their parent/guardian)
c. Class, section, school name and school’s official email ID
d. Postal address of the school

Please ensure correct spellings and details for effective communication of the results.

10: The last date for the entries to reach the SUBHAG Foundation is May 15th 2014 by 7 pm. SUBHAG Foundation will not be responsible for any loss or delays.
11:  The decision of the Judges will be final and binding on all Participants.
12:  Entries may be submitted through their respective schools or individually.

13 : Entries without accompanying participation fee will not be eligible for this competition.
14 : All eligible entries shall become the property of SUBHAG Foundation once submitted. The copy right for these Posters will be with SUBHAG Foundation once submitted. These Posters may be used in any form to support the SUBHAG Foundation’s activities and its charitable work.
15 : The children of the Trustees, Staff and Volunteers of the SUBHAG Foundation Trust are not eligible for any prizes in this competition. They may however submit their entries, along with participation fees, to help and support the activities of the SUBHAG Foundation.
16 : The results of the competition will be communicated individually and will also be available on the SUBHAG Foundation’s website: www.subhagfoundation.org.
