How Schools register their students for NGSE :
STEP – I: Collect the Registration Fee from students:
Please collect the NGSE Examination fee from the participating students. The NGSE Examination Fee details are given below:
Particulars Fee per student in India Fee per student Abroad
NGSE FEE to be collected from students Rs. 350 Rs. 500
Portion of the Fee retained by Schools towards administrative expenses Rs.50 or Rs. 80* Rs. 100
Balance Fee to be remitted by the school per student Rs.300 or Rs 270* Rs. 400**
Note: * indicates that the school has to print the question papers sent through email as password protected pdf files. If the school requires printed question booklets to be couriered to them, they need to remit Rs. 300 per student.
If the school is not having enough students to become a center and prior permission is not taken to be a center under exceptional circumstances, they need to remit the full fee collected. The NGSE – Mains is a single paper. It has no subject wise fee.
** Overseas schools need to print the Question Booklets from PDF files and the provision to get question booklets through courier won’t be available to them.
STEP – II: Complete the School Participation List (SPL)
Complete the School Participation List (SPL) with students’ details. It can be downloaded from the Download Center of the website.
STEP – III: Remit the Fee Collected
Out of the fee collected, the school should retain the test administration expenses for the school as mentioned above. Remit the balance fee to the account of the NGSE administering agency – Entrancemaster India Private Limited.
The fee can be paid to the NGSE administering agency’s account in the following ways:
1. By sending a Demand Draft / Multicity cheque, favouring Entrancemaster India Private Limited, payable at Mumbai.
2. By depositing cash in the account of NGSE administering agency at any of the State Bank of India branches across India.
3. By NEFT / RTGS / SWIFT/ Net banking to transfer the fee to the NGSE administering agency The NGSE administering agency’s Bank Details are as follows:

STEP – IV: Forward the SPL & Fee
Send the completed SPL along with the Demand Draft / Proof of Fee payment to the following address:

Kindly mention your school name, NGSF School Code, contact number and full school address with postal code on the overleaf of the draft.
Alternately, schools can send a soft format of the completed SPL, with Fee payment details to ngse@ngsfindia.org with a copy to ngsfindia@gmail.com As we receive the details of deposit / transfer, we shall send you the receipt of payment and thereafter, the Student Enrollment Numbers, if not allotted already.
Checklist of Documents :
1. Duly filled-in and correctly named School Participation List (SPL-2015) in Excel format or its printout and
2. Photocopy / scanned copy of (a) Cash Deposit slip or (b) RTGS / NEFT Reference ID or (c) Demand Draft.

3. In case of Demand Draft, a Photocopy of the same is also to be enclosed, stapled to the School Participation List.
Before sending the above documents, please ensure that you have a copy of the same. Note that application without any of the three items above will be considered incomplete and shall not be processed further without completion.

Results for NGSE Mains 2015 Class 4 & Class 5 are available at the website now.
Can we give this exam from outside the school?

In ngse 2015 class 4 question is mcq type or descriptive type?
What type of questions do we get in ngse mains 2015?
Phase I: NGSE Mains 2015 NGSE Mains is a single test comprises of multiple choice questions to be answered in 90 minutes. The NGSE comprises of questions with one or more right options, minimum of 5 students (5% of 100) will be selected for NGSE Advanced Examination under the school quota. Usually, the 5% students will be selected based on the proximity to 10% (national merit) cut off.
Phase II: NGSE Advanced The NGSE Advanced is a written examination with 10 or less than 10 descriptive questions to be answered in 90 minutes.
