Actve Smart Games Contest Offer :
“Tata Sky Actve Smart Games Contest” (“Contest”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered on Tata Sky Ltd. (“Tata Sky”), wherein a Tata Sky Subscriber (“You” / “Your”), having an Active Account Status and subscription to Actve Smart Games (“Pack”) will be eligible to participate in the Contest between 00 :01 Hours on 18 April 2014 to 10:00 Hours on 27 April 2014 (“Contest Period”).

In the event of You participating in this Contest, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Hardware Warranty Terms And Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract and / or Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract for Tata Sky Hardware provided on Entrustment basis (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the ‘Subscription Contract’) and / or Everywhere TV Terms and Conditions (‘EWTV T&C’), if applicable, You shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein this ‘Contest Document’.

For the sake of brevity, the Subscription Contract and / or EWTV T&C, if applicable shall together be referred to as the ‘Agreement’.

Eligibility :
** The Contest is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active Account Status and having subscribed to the Pack during the Contest Period.
** The following persons shall not be entitled to avail this promotional scheme
** Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
** Tata Sky business associates including the dealers and advertising agencies; and
** Anyone who may be involved with the promotion such as Content Partners, Vendors, Agencies etc.

Participation :
** You may participate in the Contest by going on to the Contest section of Cricket Premier League Game on the viewing screen of the Pack and answer the ten (10) listed questions which appear on Your TV screen by using Your Tata Sky remote control and following the instructions shown / announced therein.
** Once You have responded to all ten (10) questions listed on such respective day, a code will be generated on Your TV screen. You are required to SMS the code so generated to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number (“RMN”).
** You may make multiple attempts to respond to the listed questions, however, You shall be entitled for the prize, to be decided by Tata Sky in its sole discretion, only once during the Contest Period, subject to Your entry being one amongst the first ten (10) entries with all correct answers on a given day.
** Your SMS may be charged by Your Telecom Service Provider as per the applicable tariff rates.

Selection :
** The first ten (10) entries with all ten (10) correct answers in respect of the questions listed for the respective day(s) during the Contest Period shall be selected as winners of such day.
** If Your entry is amongst one of the ten (10) selected winners of the day, You shall be entitled to receive a digitally signed miniature bat either by the Indian cricket personality namely Mr. Sachin Tendulakar or Mr. Virat Kohli, as a prize which shall be chosen by Tata Sky in its sole discretion.
** Tata Sky shall declare the names of all the winners after fifteen (15) days from the end of the Contest Period.
** Irrespective of the number of correct entries made by You during the Contest Period, You shall not be entitled to win more than once.
** The decision of Tata Sky with regard to the winner(s) shall be final and binding.
** Tata Sky takes no responsibility / liability in respect of the quality, originality or in any manner issues pertaining to the Intellectual Property Rights etc. in the prize items. The Universal Sportzbiz Private Limited under its brand “Collectabillia” shall alone be responsible for the same.

General :
** Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this promotional scheme or to withdraw it completely including but not limited to its eligibility criteria, in its sole discretion and in any manner as it deems appropriate.
** Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this promotional scheme caused by Force MajeureEvents which are beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
** You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this promotion scheme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
** Tata Sky shall not be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
** The capitalized terms used herein this Contest Document or any term not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Agreement.
** In the event of any inconsistency between the Subscription Contract and / or EWTV T&C, if applicable and this Contest Document, in so far as this Contest is concerned, the document issued subsequently and / or more specific to the Contest shall prevail.
** Headings used herein are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Contest Document.
