Merit needs to be recognised, encouraged & promoted. Our Scholarship scheme aims to preciously achieve this objective.

Dr. K. N. Modi University offers Scholarships to meritorious students. Scholarships in all categories will be given only on tuition fee of the respective courses.

1) One time Scholarship of Rs 10,000/- would be given to the wards of Ex Service Men & Para Military persons on tuition fees at the time of admission. (All relevant documents to be provided at the time of applying for Scholarship)
2) Wards of War Widows & Bravery awards winners (Ashok Chakra, National Bravery Award) would be given 5%, additional Scholarship on the First Year’s tuition fee. (All relevant documents to be provided at the time of applying for Scholarship)
3) One time Scholarship for the students belonging to Rajasthan (holding Rajasthan Domicile) will be given 10% of the First Year’s tuition fees.
4) One time Scholarship of Rs 15,000/- would be given at the time of admission to the siblings belonging to the same parents where the son & daughter/ son already studying in Dr. K.N.Modi University, Newai, Rajasthan. (All relevant documents to be provided at the time of applying for Scholarship)
5) Meritorious students will be given Scholarship as per Marks obtained in the qualifying / entrance examination.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
a) The grant/continuation of Scholarship, as mentioned in point no 5, from second year onward will be considered subject to attaining the similar benchmark in the previous year’s examination.
b) The student availing Government Sponsored Scholarship Scheme, will not be entitled for Scholarship under any other category.
c) The Scholarship given/sanctioned will stand withdrawn, if the student fails to deposit the remaining dues within the stipulated time set by the University.
d) The Scholarship given/sanctioned will stand withdrawn, if the student is found to be using rude/foul language, unfair means during Examination, his/her conduct is found unsatisfactory & not following the rules & regulations set by Dr K.N.Modi University, Newai.
e) The applicants with domicile of Rajasthan state will be exempted from entrance examination fee.

f) Merit cum DKNMUET based scholarship scheme.*
i. Top three positions Rs. 10,000.00 cash award at the time of Admission in each course with DKNMU.
ii. From 4th to 10th Rank Holder : Tablet PCs
iii. 11th to 15th Rank Holder: 10% Scholarship on 1st year Tuition Fees. (one time only) as per policy of DKNMU.
iv. The continuation of the scholarship granted will be subject to point (a) mentioned herein, above

81%-90% 80 to 89.99 20%
70%-80% 70 to 79.99 10%

HOW TO APPLY :
STEP 1: dknmu.org Download the application form from the website or the application form can be obtained from, “The Registrar”, Dr. K. N. Modi University, INS –I, RIICO Industrial Area-Phase – II, Newai Dist. Tonk-304021, Rajasthan, on payment of Rs 500/- in the form of D.D / cash (no payment in cheque will be accepted)in favour of “Dr K. N. Modi University” payable at Newai.

STEP 2: Submit the application form to, “The Registrar” at the above given address, along with the following documents:
a) Certified copies of class X, XII, Under Graduation, Post Graduation certificates, whichever is applicable.
b) Copy of Result/Score Card of Entrance Examination. (Applicable for B.Tech / M.Tech / BBA / MBA/B.Arch/BALLB/LLB/BCA/MCA )
c) Two passport size photographs.

STEP 3: The candidate will be sent an Admit Card on receipt of the DKNMUET form or can be downloaded from our website dknmu.org.

STEP 5: Candidates to report at Examination Centre on designated date 15 minutes before scheduled time.

Last day for submission of application form for online test : 25th May, 2014
