Kanavu Nanavu Thittam :
Kanavu Nanavu” i.e. “Converting your dreams to reality” is a Scheme launched by Co-optex. Co-optex, a house of authentic handloom tradition, offers a unique and innovative scheme that allows every housewife to possess the most valuable and genuine handloom products from our showrooms, through a monthly investment / installment process which brings our products available at affordable rates.

For Example: If a customer invests Rs. 1000/- for 9 months (1000X9), the 10th installment shall be borne by Co-optex and he/she can purchase any product/products worth for Rs.14286/- from any of the Co-optex Showroom. (Co-optex has 203 showrooms across India).

Terms and Conditions :
1.In order to join the scheme the first step is to fill an application form.

2.One application is applicable for one person only.

3.One person can be a member of many schemes for each of which separate membership number / account number will be allotted.

4.For every account has a separate pass book will be issued.

5.Payment for monthly installments has to be fully paid.

6.Monthly installment has to be paid before 10th of every month. On making the payment an entry will be made in the pass book and simultaneously a receipt will be generated.

7.The payment can be made in any one of the Co-optex showroom. The monthly installment amount can be paid by cash or credit / debit card in any of the Co-optex showroom. Cheques will not be accepted.

8.9 installments will be paid by the customer. The 10th installment will be borne by Co-optex. On the end of the 10th month, the customer can buy goods worth of the total maturity amount received by him / her.

9.The customer has to return the pass book to the at the end of the scheme.

10.No refund will be made against any installment. If suppose a customer withdraws back the scheme, he / she has to buy any product / products worth the amount invested.

11.Difference between the maturity amount and the purchased amount has to be paid immediately.

12.Exchange of goods is not allowed. Goods once sold will not be taken back on any condition.

13.On nonpayment of the monthly installments for a consecutive period of 3 months, the account will be automatically closed. In this case the customer has to buy goods worth of the amount invested. No cash will be refunded.

14.The pass book has to be kept safe. If the pass book is lost, Rs 15/- will be charged for a new pass book.

15.Members joining in the scheme will be benefited with 30% discount throughout the year.
