P.G. Medical/Dental Online Counselling 2014 :

Instructions :
The candidates who have qualified on the basis of Rajasthan State Pre PG Medical / Dental Entrance Examination 2014 are required to register through the websites.

Important: The allotment process is based on the information filled by the candidate. Any error committed intentionally or otherwise may result in cancellation of your candidature.

Refer the seat matrix, FAQs, allotment schedule etc. before you start.

Important: If you do not fill and save your choice(s) till 28.03.2014, 5.00 p.m., you will loose the chance of participation in all the on-line allotment rounds.

The PG Medical / Dental Admission Board 2014 will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of forgotten password / misuse of your password. It is your responsibility to maintain confidentiality of your password. Sharing of your password can result in its misuse by somebody else, leading to even exclusion of a genuine candidate from the on-line allotment process.

Candidate Login for registration
Select Stream: Medical / Dental Enter your Form number (Rajasthan State Pre PG Medical / Dental Entrance Examination 2014). Enter your name. Enter total marks obtained in MBBS / BDS first year. Enter total marks obtained in Final MBBS / BDS. Select your date of birth. Press Submit button.

(The details submitted by you shall be verified automatically. If the details match, then, you would be allowed access for registration for the on-line allotment process. In case of any discrepancy in the same, contact the Helpline).

Create Password
Enter the password that your wish to have.
Your password must be between 6 and 8 characters and
must contain atleast one number between 0 and 9 and
must contain atleast one lower case character and
must contain atleast one special character (e.g. @ # – + $)
and Retype the password. Press Submit button.

A new on-line counselling registration ID and your password shall appear on your screen. Note down the same. Keep it safe for use at subsequent stages. Press Fill Choices button if you wish to start filling the choices, otherwise press Logout. Next time, you can login directly with your on-line counselling registration ID and the password through ‘candidate login option’.

Choice filling
Important: The choice(s) filled by you are final for all rounds of allotments. Therefore, fill your choices carefully. Select the course & subject and college combination in order of your preference. (You must choose minimum 1 choice/option. You may choose as many choices / options as you wish. There is no restriction for filling maximum number of choices. If you do not fill any choice, you will not be considered for on-line allotment).

Remember, registration alone (creating on-line counselling registration ID and password) will not entitle you to participate in the on-line counselling / allotment process. You must fill atleast one choice to participate in the on-line counselling / allotment process.

Now, click on ‘Add Choice’ button. Check all the entries. If Ok, click ‘Save’ button. It is essential to save your ALL choices by pressing the ‘Save’ button. If you do not press save button your choices will not be saved resulting in your exclusion from further processing. You need to save the choices every time whenever you modify your filled choices. You may click ‘delete’ button, if you wish to delete a particular choice. You may click ‘reset’ button, if you wish to fill the choices afresh. Click ‘logout’ button. A message will appear at the time of logout: Are you sure, you have saved your choices by pressing the ‘Save’ button?

Modify your filled choices
You may change your order of preference by deleting choice(s) and then adding the fresh choices. You can use this option as many times as you wish before locking. You can also interchange two choices directly by giving first choice no. (source) and second choice no. (destination) e.g. choice no. 2 to choice no. 5. Click ‘Save’ button after each interchange. Click ‘logout’ button.

Lock choices
On clicking the “Lock Choice” button, all the choices filled by you will be displayed on the screen. By clicking the choice lock button and confirming the same, your choices shall be locked. If you still wish to change the choices filled by you, click ‘Back’ button. It is mandatory to lock the choices filled by you for further processing of the same. Choices once locked can’t be unlocked and can not be modified. Therefore you are advised to fill and lock your choices very carefully.

In case you fail to lock choices, all choices filled by you will be automatically locked at 5:00 p.m. of the last date of locking.

Check on the following Declaration: It is a must. Declaration I have gone through and understood the Instructions containing the conditions governing the allotment process. I shall abide by the rules and the allotment process of PG Medical / Dental Admission Board 2014. I am aware that during verification of documents at the time of reporting, if any discrepancy is detected including that in the original documents, then I may not be considered for allotment and liable for penal action. I declare that I will not disclose or share the password with anybody. I understand that I am solely responsible for safeguarding my password and PG Medical / Dental Admission Board 2014 is not responsible for misuse of my password. I am aware of the conditions including that of bond etc. of the admission and that the PG Medical / Dental Admission Board 2014 has no role to play in the same. I have checked all the choices filled by me and the order of preference. I am aware that after locking, I will not be allowed to make any modifications in choices filled by me for the on-line allotments. Check on ‘I Agree’. Enter the password to confirm the locking of choices filled by you. Click ‘Lock’ button.

Print filled choices
Once you press ‘Lock’ button (or after auto-locking), you can print the choices filled by you by using the option ‘Print filled choices’.

Print allotment letter
You can take the printout of the allotment letter by using the option ‘Print allotment letter’.

Medical & dental Degree/Diploma course that the allotment procedure, as directed by Government of Rajasthan Medical Education Department, will be carried out by online aliotment procedure. The schedule for online allotment is as follows-

6. Third round of seat allotment (off-line) and publishing of allotment information on website From 20/6/2014 11 a.m. onwards to 21/6/2014
7. Reporting and document verification at the allotted college along with allotment letter printout and Drescribed fee 30/6/2014

1. Before filling the choices of courses & subjects and colleges on-line, read carefully the Instructions and FAQs.
2. If you do not fill and save your choice(s) till 28.03.2014, 5.00pm, you will loose the chance of participation in all the allotment rounds.
3. Once you have filled the choices and locked the same, you will not be able to change the choices.
