Bingo Yumitos Break Time Contest 2014 :
** Break Time Offer on Bingo! Yumitos is organized by ITC Limited for purely promotional purposes and is a limited edition offer. Offer valid till stocks last.
** Contest is open from 15th March 2014 to 15th March 2015.
** Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.
** Participation in this contest shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
** Employees of ITC Limited, Interface Business Solutions (IBS) Pvt. Ltd, Ogilvy & Mather, other involved agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in contest.
** Bingo! Yumitos packages are also available without this offer.

Break Time Promo Stage 1 :
Customers will find free game card inside every pack which can be put together to enjoy the game with friends & family. There are four different games i.e. Cricket, Football, Feed the Monster, Bowling in five different colors to collected. In Rs 10 & Rs 20 packs, there will be a food grade material pouch containing two game cards (player card, target card) and an instruction sheet explaining “How to play”. In Rs 5 packs, there will a food grade material pouch containing one game card (player card) and an instruction sheet explaining “How to play”.
In rare case of game card missing from the pack, replacement pack would be provided post all verifications only. Customer can refer details on the pack for registering the complaint.
ITC Limited will not be responsible for any injury/casualty caused due to the game cards.

Break Time Promo Stage 2 :
There will be a unique code printed on the instruction sheet. Customers will have to SMS those codes to 09223008555 to collect points which can redeemed for assured prizes.

Multiple prizes can be claimed from a collection of unique codes.

For Example :
** Customers with 100 codes can claim 1 T-shirt or 2 Coffee Mugs or 4 Speakers or 1 Coffee Mug + 2 Speakers.
** In rare case of unique code not printed, replacement pack would be provided post all verifications only. Customer can refer details on the pack for registering the complaint
** Prize images on the pack are illustrative only. In case of non-availability, alternate prizes of equivalent value will be given.
** There is no warranty or assurance as to the merchantability or fitness of the prizes to be given. Any issues with Ipad or Ipod or any of the other prizes are to be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
** Sending the unique code by SMS to 09223008555 or claiming the prize is purely voluntary. Prize claims have to be made within 5 months of the manufacturing date mentioned on Break Time packs.
** Normal SMS rates will be charged by customer’s mobile service provider. No additional amount will be charged for these SMS’.
** Participants should mandatorily retain the instruction sheets containing the unique codes. It may be asked for cross verification.
** Participants can claim their assured gifts on www.bingosnacks.com. They can also check the no. of codes collected any point of time during the promo. Participant will have to verify his/her mobile number on the website through an OTP password before redeeming the points. Once the prize has been claimed, participant will be prompted for dispatch address on the website.
** Participant will need to give complete and accurate address for dispatch. ITC Limited will not be responsible for any delay/loss/etc during the transit.
** Each unique code can be used only once. System will automatically reject SMS’ with bogus codes or codes which have already been used.
** Unlimited number of prizes can be claimed through unique codes subject to below regional limits. So, a customer with a Kerela mobile number can claim any number of prizes till the total cumulative claim by all customers with Kerela Mobile number touches Rs 10 Lakhs. ITC reserves the rights of not giving any prize to the customer claiming gifts post the total expenditure cross Rs 10 Lakhs in Kerela. Similarly, the limit is Rs 90 Lakhs for rest of India.
** Money allocated for each region will be equally divided among the 5 gift options.

Break Time Promo Stage 3 :
** The Winners for Stage 3 where customers are supposed to record their answers to “Why do you deserve the Bingo! Yumitos Break” will be decided at the sole discretion of ITC Limited.
** Customers need to give a missed call on 180030001141 and system will automatically call back to record their answers. No amount will be charged to the customers for recording their answers to above question.
** An all-paid party would be arranged at winner’s home or his/her relative’s place. Friends, Family, Colleagues, and Neighbors etc can join in the celebrations.
** Winner would be contacted for appropriate date, time by company representatives. Once intimated this date will be final and ITC will make arrangements accordingly. If for any reason the date is changed then ITC may choose to not conduct The Break of a Lifetime activity for the Winner at all.
** Winners will not be able to do any changes with the format, activities, expenditure of the party.
** The party is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Duration of the party will be decided in co-ordination with the winner.
** Travel expenses for reaching the venue will not be paid by the company.

** ITC Limited reserves the right to not give away the prizes in the event of submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information and/or in the event of fraud practices like website or mobile system hacking, etc
** The prizes will be given to the winner(s) post completion of such audit and verification process as deemed fit by ITC Limited.
** ITC Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its discretion without any liability.
** ITC Limited is not responsible for any charges/levies paid by the winners or for the costs incurred for redemption of the prizes, sending SMS, etc.
** By availing the prizes and taking part in the Break time offer, all participants agree that their name and/or photo and/or video may appear in any advertisements / promotions of ITC Limited. No fees or other sums are to be paid to the participants on account of taking part in the aforementioned advertisements / promotions.
** No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of the offer, except as specified.
** The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** The decisions of ITC Limited with regard to the Break Time Offer shall be final and binding.
** ITC Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns are not liable and do not have obligation with respect to(i) notifications, communications or materials sent by a Customer, that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by ITC, in whole or in part, due to computer, post office or technical error of any kind, (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, (iii) power-related or weather-related events of any kind, and/or to any event not under ITC’s direct control, (iv) entries or other communications from customers that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (v) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alterations by Customer or third parties, (vi) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any gift resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any gift. ITC, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Activity or otherwise violating these rules. ITC further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Activity if this Activity cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
** ITC Limited shall not be responsible for the non-functioning of the contest website or telephone for reasons beyond its control.
** The Activity shall be adjudged by ITC Limited and the decision of ITC Limited will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this activity and is non-contestable.
** ITC Limited reserves the right to change or modify the prizes represented at any point in time without prior notification.
** Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
