Terms and Conditions for the ‘#LightsCameraSKODA’ contest:
1. This contest is brought to you by SKODA Auto India Private Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘SKODA India’) and any participation in this regard is voluntary. Employees of SKODA India and their direct relations are not eligible to win any prizes under this promotion.
2. This promotion is open from 11th April, 2014 on the official SKODA India Instagram channel. All decisions with respect to this promotion, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of SKODA India and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.
3. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
4. SKODA India shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this promotion.
5. SKODA India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SKODA India.
7. SKODA India reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
8. The last day for entries is 25-04-2014.
