Cricket T20 Bonanza_Onmobile :
** The “CRICKET T20 Bonanza ” (Hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by OnMobile Global Limited having its registered office at Tower# 1 94/1 C & 94/2, Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore- 560100- India (hereinafter referred to as “OnMobile”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”) (OnMobile and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organisers”) and the Offer is open for a limited period from 21st March 2014 to 3rd JUNE 2014 for both pre-paid and post-paid category Subscribers[1] of Idea Cellular Limited.
** “Offer Period” means the period commencing from 21st March 2014 at 00 :00:00 Hrs till 1st June 2014 23:59:59 Hrs.
** This Offer is being brought to you by OnMobile and the Gratification(s) of the Offer is sponsored by OnMobile exclusively for the Subscribers of Idea. This Offer is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the eligible Subscribers of Idea.
** A Subscriber, by participating in the Offer hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the criteria and process of selecting the highest scorer(s) for gratification(s) as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Offer by the Organisers due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, its affiliates and associates.

Also, by participating in this Offer, the Subscriber :
** Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrants that the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she may have submitted.
** By participating in this Offer, the Participant/Subscriber indicates his/her acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
** The Participant / Subscriber hereby agrees that all incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Subscriber, which shall be including but not limited to TDS, and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate :
This Offer is valid for all prepaid as well as postpaid Subscribers to the Daily Cricket pack or Monthly Cricket pack (“Cricket Pack”) service offered by Idea, in the abovementioned Telecom circles of Idea and who fulfils the below mentioned criteria.

The Subscriber, confirms that he/she is :
** Of or above 18 years of age.
** A citizen of India.
** Has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** Subscriber must belong to the Circle mentioned above only.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber of Idea during the announcement or selection of the highest scorer(s).

Further, the highest scorer(s) eligible for Gratification(s) will be the Subscriber of the successful mobile phone number (MSISDN) and not the person answering the questions, if the person answering the questions of the Offer is not the Subscriber of such mobile number, as set out above. If the highest scorer(s) is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the Subscriber of the mobile number, Organisers reserve the right to award the Gratification(s) to the next eligible successful participant or to forfeit the Gratification(s), at its sole discretion.

To Participate in the Offer :
The Subscriber has to be a subscriber to any of the below given Cricket Pack provided by Idea. . The Subscriber can activate or de-activate different cricket packs offered by Idea as per the codes mentioned herein below for different cricket packs.

How to Activate :-
Subscribers need to send SMS with format SUB “Keyword” to 54300 to activate any of the below give Cricket Pack. Keyword list is given below.

How to Deactivate :-
Subscribers can deactivate the Cricket Pack as per their choice by sending SMS STOP “Keyword” to 54300. Keyword list is given below

Gratification(s) :
** OnMobile shall, at its sole discretion, decide the Gratification and the place of its disbursal and the same shall be final & binding on the participants.
** OnMobile shall, at its sole discretion, decide the brand and model of the Gratification the same shall be final & binding on the participants.
** For the purpose of clarification and avoidance of doubt, Gratification shall not include any personal or related expenses incurred by the participant to earn/ avail/ obtain/ collect the Gratification and the participant shall be solely responsible for all the expenses whether additional or incidental, that may be required to be incurred to avail/ obtain/ collect his/her Gratification.
** OnMobile shall not be responsible for any claim towards the quality and/or warranties and/or guarantees or usefulness of the Gratification. Each Gratification shall be bound by its own product warranties and/or guarantees (if any).
** The role of OnMobile shall conclude after the gratification is handed over to its Winner .

Winner Selection :
All Subscriber across all Circle/zones who are subscribed and successfully charged for the Cricket Pack at least once during the Offer Period will be eligible to participate in the Offer .

Bumper Gratification :
One eligible participant scored the maximum number of correct answer in minimum timestamp, across the Circles during the Offer Period, will be selected as winner for Bumper Gratification ie Honda city car worth Rs. 7,50,000 (Rupee Seven lacks and fifty thousand only)

Circle wise Gratification :
** The participant giving maximum number of correct answer in minimum time stamp, in each Circle during the Offer Period (excluding the Bumper Prize Winner) will be the eligible winner of Circle wise Gratification ie a motor bike worth Rs. 40,000 ( Rupee Fourty thousand only)
** The Gratification(s) will be given by OnMobile once the Offer Period is over.
** All Gratification(s) will be given after deducting various taxes, license fees and charges as applicable.
** The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer will be sponsored and distributed by OnMobile. The Gratification(s) offered in this Offer may be given to the highest scorer(s) during a special event, the venue, date and time of which shall be announced by the Organisers, at their sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Offer Period.
