GVSAT 2014 :
Gyan Vihar has commenced admissions for the session 2014-2015 to all UG & PG level Programs offered by the University through an online entrance test GVSAT.

GVSAT 2014 is an online entrance test for admission to SGVU, which will be conducted in the month of May 2014 by Suresh Gyan Vihar University for the session 2014-15. Admissions to the under mentioned programs will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the same.

Application Process:
Interested candidates should register their names for GVSAT-2014 by applying online. Complete the application form online at www.gyanvihar.org/gvsat and pay the prescribed fees. Also, take the print out of the filled form for your future reference.

Kindly follow the instructions below mentioned :
All GVSAT aspirants are required to visit and fill in the details like Name, Father’s name, Contact, E-mail id, City and Program name. If you do not want to continue, you can close the window, and can login later through “if already registered“ option, by filling in the date of birth and mobile number.

After filling up all the details click on submit button. Before final submission you should check your form properly, if there is any correction you can edit your form.

On submission of your form you can pay the examination fee through two options.
1. Online payment 2. Offline payment.

The registration fee is
By online payment you can pay the fee through Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking.
By offline payment you can pay the fee through:
Challan generated through the website and deposit it into Axis Bank branches across the country.
Cash deposit at the University Finance department, Jaipur campus.
A demand draft in favour of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, payable at Jaipur.

If you pay the application fee by Demand Draft/Challan, you will have to send the original copy of DD/Challan at the University address :- GVSAT-2014, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017, alongwith a printout of the application form latest by 12th May 2014 through speed post.

If you pay by online payment option or cash deposit at University Finance department, you need not send the printed copy of the application form.

Admit Card Generation : 16th May 2014
Date of Examination : 21st May to 29th May 2014
Result Declaration : 03rd June 2014
Counseling : 10th June to 15th June 2014

Important instructions :
** To appear in the online test the candidate needs to login through the user id and password will be provided at the time of examiation. Online test will be conducted on the scheduled dates at different facilitating centre across the country. The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours. The candidate has to sit in front of a computer, which should be connected through the broadband internet connection or LAN. For syllabus and details you can download from the gvsat website.

** A sample/mock test will be available on the GVSAT website in the month of April 2014 for practice purpose and to give the candidate a look and feel of the Computer Based Examination(CBE).
** The details of facilitation centre will be made available on the GVSAT website in the second week of April 2014.

** The preference of examination centres, opted by the candidate, are only indicative to guide GVSAT for deciding the number of centres. The University cannot assure that you will get first preference. Further if the University is unable to allot any centre of your choice, you will be allotted a centre at Jaipur campus of Gyan Vihar University. The exact centre where you will be appearing for the test will be given on the admit card.

** No candidate is allowed to carry any text material- printed or written, bits of papers, pager, mobile phone, any electronic device, etc., except the admit card, identity proof and pen inside the examination hall/room. Violation of this will lead to cancellation of candidature.
** All calculations/writing work are to be done on the rough sheet provided only and on completion of the test candidates must hand over the rough sheets to the invigilator on duty in the Room/Hall.
** No candidate, without special permission of the Superintendent or Invigilator, should leave his/her seat.
** The candidates are governed by all Rules and Regulations of the GVSAT with regard to their conduct in the examination hall. All cases of unfair means will be dealt with as per rules.
** The candidate can download their admit card on 16th May 2014 through login to GVSAT website.
** Please check the admit card carefully for your Name, Paper, examination centre & time and city
** In case of any discrepancy, communicate to GVSAT Office immediately for necessary action.
** Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the examination so as to complete the registration formalities well before the time.
** Candidate must ensure that the application form along with original demand draft or University Challan copy should reach to the GVSAT address on or before the last date of application form. If the application form with prescribed fee does not reach the University on or before the last date the application of the candidate will be rejected.
** No candidate, without admit card, shall be allowed to sit in the examination by the centre superintendent.
** Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the test.
** Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as instructed by the centre superintendent/Invigilators.
** The admit card is issued provisionally to the candidate subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions.
** Candidates are requested to carry a photo identity proof (School/College ID Card, Passport, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card ) to the examination centre. Without photo identity proof candidate will not allowed to appear in the examination.
** No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the examination centre. Any official of GVSAT will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
** Smoking and eating is strictly prohibited in the examination room.
** Approach the centre superintendent/invigilator in the room for any technical assistance.
** No candidate, under any circumstances, will be allowed to enter the examination centre after the commencement of the examination.
** In all matters in the conduct of GVSAT, the decision of the president of SGVU will be final.
