ONLINE Application Form for JET/ Pre PG Test 2014 :
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION :
A candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible for admission to various courses before filling the JET-2014 application form online. If a non eligible candidate is admitted due to any reason then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled as soon as the mistake is detected even at later stage. Various eligibility criteria for admission to JET-2014 courses shall be as under:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
The candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer or any other Statutory Board or any examination recognized equivalent to it by Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner and MPUAT, Udaipur in any of the following subjects are eligible to appear in JET :
1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Mathematics
4. Biology
5. Agriculture
6. Home Science
A candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in the aforesaid examinations (10+2). A relaxation of 5% marks would be allowed to candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer)/SBC(Non creamy layer) category. Candidates who have appeared at any of the aforesaid qualifying examinations (Arts & Commerce stream not eligible) but whose results have not been declared before the commencement of the JET shall provisionally be allowed to appear at the JET.

AGE :
The maximum age limit is 25 years as on 26-04-2014. The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Examination mark sheet/ certificate only will be taken as authentic.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING JET– 2014 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
The application for JET– 2014 will be accepted online only. The process of online submission of application form for JET– 2014 shall be carried out through SKRAU, website www.raubikaner.org
Date of commencement for filling of the online application : 07.04.2014
Date of closure for filling of online application : 26.04.2014
Fees can be deposited upto 1.00 PM on 26.04.2014 through challan in the selected branch of ICICI Bank.

Candidates must perform the following activities while submitting the online application form:
Step-1 : Documents to be kept ready in hand before filling Online Application Form:
** Scanned image of his/her photograph in jpg/jpeg/pgpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size minimum 15 KB and maximum upto 50 KB)
** Scanned image of his/her Signature in jpg/jpeg/pgpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size minimum 15 KB and maximum upto 50 KB)
** Copy of mark sheets of X and XII (if passed already) examination.
** Mobile No. of the candidate or nearest relative.

Step-2: Filling of Online Application Form
** Candidate must read the instructions of filling the application form carefully.
** The entries of online application form must be filled as required.
** Candidate should ensure that the photo and signature are the same as uploaded by the candidate.
** The changes (if required) will be allowed online application form, before final submission.
** Web page will not accept any changes after final submission of online application form.

Step-3: Taking Print out in Hardcopy only after submission of online application form
** The option for taking the print out of challan form for depositing the required fees will be available just after completion of registration as well as at the 5th step of filling of online application form. The Candidate is required to take out the print of the challan form and deposit the required fees in the selected branch of ICICI bank as notified.
** Printout of filled application form will be generated by the web portal after final submission only.
** Candidate must ensure that the application form no. and challan no. are the same.
** Candidates need not to send hard copy of application to the university.

Step-4: Depositing the fees
** Fees of JET 2014 Application form is Rs. 2000/- for General/OBC/SBC candidates and Rs.1000/- for candidates of SC/ST/PH >39%.
** Deposit Rs.2000 or Rs.1000 through challan in ICICI Bank. The bank charges Rs.50/- as processing fees has been added in the challan.
** Candidates are advised to keep bank generated challan in duplicate safely with them for further use.
** Collect copies of challan from bank after deposition of fees in cash and produce the same at the time of under taking JET 2014 as well as at the time of registration.
** Fees can be deposited upto 1.00 PM on 26.04.2014 through challan in the selected branch of ICICI Bank.
** This amount is neither refundable nor transferable nor adjustable for future JET.

Candidates please note :
For avoiding any error during online filling up of the application form, it is advised in the following manner:
Download the advertisement and save it.
While going through the instructions for online application, you will also see screen images, which will appear in sequence when you will go for online application form.
Here, it is advised that for ease of filling up of online application, to avoid any likely error at the time of filling up of application form and to quickly fill up the online application form, you should take a print out of these instructions. In the print out, you can fill up the desired information well in advance so that these screens can be referred by you at the time of online application form.
