Slice Swayaamvar Contest 2014 Terms & Conditions :
1.“Slice – Swayaamvar – A chance to win a date with Katrina” (‘Program’) is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (“Organizer”). The number on the label is not Katrina Kaif’s number and is only to facilitate participation in the Program. The Program is intended to offer a ‘Meet and Greet Opportunity’ to the winner as per the Terms and Conditions below.
2.Program is valid on Slice Flavors i.e. Dussehri Flavour, Banganapalli Flavor and Kesar Flavour, 500ml or 600ml PET bottles only. (“Products”).
3.Participation is optional. No Purchase necessary
4.Program is valid from 25th March 2014 to 10th June 2014 (‘Promotion Period’), both dates inclusive, in India only.
5.Program is open to all Indian citizens residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies.
6.Program is being conducted under the supervision of independent auditors (“Auditors”).

7.During the Promotional Period look on the label and
(i) Dial the ___11__ digit (‘0’ followed by a 10 digit telephone number) (“Number”) to vote for your favourite flavor or;
(ii) Log on to www.mangoslice.in to vote for your favourite flavor

8.Vote for your favorite flavor and get a chance to win a Meet and Greet with Katrina – Meet and Greet will entitle a winner to meet Katrina Kaif and have a group photograph clicked with her.

9.The Organizers will select total of 16 winners (8 Winners from each region).

10.Participation through Phone :
(i) Dial the ___11__ digit (‘0’ followed by a 10 digit telephone number) (“Number”) to vote for your favourite flavor or;
(ii) The cost of calling on the above number will be as per the applicable tariff of the service provider. Normal call charges apply for participants residing in Bangalore. For others, normal STD charges would be applicable. It is recommended that consumers check with their individual service provider for the tariff rates.
(iii) Calls made at any other number except the Number shall not be considered for any of the prizes. Record of all calls received will be maintained serially by date and time of the call.

Participation though internet :
(i) Log on to www.mangoslice.in
(ii) Press a tab (Discover the flavours) to vote for your favorite flavor.
(iii) Provide the registration details i.e.Name, Phone number and email id.
(iv) It is mandatory to provide a valid Phone number for registration. The vote will not be counted in case the Phone number provided by the Participant is invalid.
(v) The Organizers will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults.

11.Selection of Winners :
(i)The whole of India will be divided into two regions on the basis of telecom circles:
1. North and East includes – Delhi, Kolkata, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (W), Uttar Pradesh(E), Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar, HP, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, North East, Jammu & Kashmir.
2. South & West includes – Chennai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, MP.

(ii)Eight (8) Winners will be selected from each region on the basis of the following schedule by using a randomizer software in the presence of an Independent Auditor:

13.The winner will be contacted by the Organizer at the number used for the Call or provided at the time of registration within 24 hours of selecting the winner and the process of redemption of the prize will be informed to the winner. Maximum 3 calls will be given to the winners within 24 hours of selecting the winner. In the event of phone call going unanswered even after 3 attempts the Organizer shall be at liberty to forfeit the prize in its entirety or at its sole discretion, offer the prize to the next winner to be drawn by randomizer. The technical/manual records maintained with the organizer would be considered final for this purpose.

For redemption of Prize :
(i) The winner will be required to furnish his complete name, address and phone number. (ii) The Organizers or their representatives will contact the winner at the contact number given by him/her and verify the claim before redeeming the prize. Only the Person in whose name the Phone number is registered shall be eligible to be the claimant of the Prize. The claimant would sign necessary declarations/provide necessary documentation like the telephone bill to prove ownership of the number. Award of Prizes is subject to the verification by the Auditors. The representatives of the Organizer will collect necessary documents i.e. Photo-ID proof, residence proof, PAN card/Original Form no.60, (in case of minor winner all documents should be signed by winner along with his/her parents) from the Participant against a receipt for verification by our Auditors.
(iii) The time, place and date for redemption of this prize shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The choice of the venue for the Meet and Greet will be at the sole discretion of the Organizers. No request for change in venue or date shall be entertained by the Organizers.
(iv) The winner will be informed of the date and venue for the redemption of the prize by the Organizers. The winners will need to confirm the participation within 24 Hours of the intimation received by the Winners.
(v) If any Winner fails to take the trip when specified by Organizer the prize will be forfeited in its entirety or may be passed on to the next winner at the discretion of the Organizer.
(vi) All costs relating to travel from the winner’s place of residence, boarding and lodging (Organizer’s choice of hotel shall be final) for 1 day and 1 night, food, for the winner will be borne by the Organizer. All other expenses not expressly included above will not be borne by the Organizer or any other agency on the Organizer’s behalf, and will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
(vii) In case the winner is a minor or physically disabled, then the written consent of the guardian shall be required. In case required, the Organizer at its sole discretion may choose to bear the travelling cost of the guardian.
(viii) The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this trip for which the winners will be required to sign an indemnity in favour of Organizer.
(ix) The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellations and/or delays in the train/flights/cars arranged for the winner due to any reason including but not limited to force majeure, logistical problems at the airports/railway stations/roads etc. and the winner shall not have any claim against the Organizer for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her prize. Organizer shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the winner undertakes not to claim any compensation from the Organizer for the same.
(x) The redemption of this prize is entirely dependent on the availability of dates of Katrina Kaif.

15.A person can participate in the Contest as many times as possible during the duration of the Contest however can win the Prize only once.

16.The Organizer shall be at liberty to use the photographs of the winners for media coverage, advertisement or publicity without any further consideration to the winner.

17.No Cash payment in lieu of the prizes would be made. Prizes will not be transferable/ exchangeable.

18.Decision of the Organizer and the Auditors will be final and binding with regard to the Program and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

19.Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Program at its sole and absolute discretion without giving any notice.

20.Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of prize due to any incorrect information provided by the winner.

21.Program subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.

22.The Program is subject to force majeure conditions.

23.All taxes/levies and charges on prizes will be the responsibility of the winner.

24.By participating in this Program, the participant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this Program in totality.
