1. Name of the Applicant
2. Father/Husband’s Name
3. Sex (M/F)
4. Residential Address
5. Ration Card No. (Copy to be enclosed)
6. School Leaving Certificate (Copy to be enclosed)
7. Details of immovable property of the parents in Tamil Nadu with necessary documents
The following documents / enclosures are required to be submitted while applying for Residence Certificate are :
** Application Form with Rs 2 / – Court fee Stamp
** Two different Gazetted Officers certification
** Latest Education Records duly attested (Bonafide)
** Ration Card/ Voter I.D Card/ Electricity/ Driving License/ Gas bill/ Telephone bill
Issuance of Residence certificate : within (7) days from date of application
Fees : The citizen has to pay Rs. 20 / – at the eSEVA Centre at the time of applying for the Residence Certificate.
Validity period :
** One year from the date of issuance
