Association Post Graduate Homoeopathy – Common Entrance Test – 2014
The entrance examination for the Post Graduate Courses in Homoeopathy in the State of Maharashtra for the Academic year 2014-15 shall be conducted by the Competent Authority appointed by the Association of Management of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of Maharashtra (AMHMCM). The entrance examination shall be conducted for all the seats in the private unaided Homoeopathic Colleges.

COMPETENT AUTHORITY:
Dr. D.G.Bagal, Mumbai is appointed by the Association as the Competent Authority and will be available at Association’s office as and when required. The Competent Authority will supervise the conduct of ASSO-PGH-CET-2014 and also supervise evaluation of answers and declaration of results & merit list. The Competent Authority will issue necessary executive instruction for implementation of these rules and provide relevant information to be published and communicated. The management of Association will be fully responsible for evaluation of answer sheets, declaration of results and merit list and conduct of examination.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
M.D. (Homoeopathy) Courses:
1 A candidate who has passed final B.H.M.S. Examination or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second schedule to the Act after completing 1 year compulsory rotating internship.

2 Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and surgery or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second schedule to the Act after undergoing a course of study of not less than 2 years duration (Graded B.H.M.S. degree)

3 A candidate who has completed one year compulsory internship or is likely to complete the same on or before 31/05/2014 can appear for Asso-PGH-CET-2014.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Notified Centers (Annexure- B) against DD drawn on the Nationalized Bank in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai of Rs. 700/- (Rs. Seven Hundred Only) between 10 am to 4:30 pm.

Application forms will also be available from Association’s office by post with an additional DD of Rs. 200/- for postal charges.

The Application Form must be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting using black ballpoint pen. The application form complete in all respect shall be submitted directly to the office of AMHMCM, Mumbai either in person or by Post or Courier. The filled Application is to be duly returned along with DD in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai for Rs.3,000/-(Rs. Three Thousand only.)

Application Form should be submitted by Post and must be accompanied by a self-Addressed and stamped envelope along with Receipt-cum-Identity Card (Annexure- C) for acknowledgement.

Incomplete application forms will be rejected.

The official at the AMHMCM office/notified centers office while accepting the application form shall issue the Receipt-cum-Identity Card attesting the photograph of the candidatewith signature and stamp.

Candidate should download the Admit Card from website www.amhmcm.org by 8/04/2014. In case the candidate does not receive Admit Card by 10/04/2014 he/she should approach the Association Office for further instructions. admit card will be available on our Website

The candidate is required to preserve the Receipt-Cum-Identity Card and Admit Card for all future reference & correspondence.

The candidate shall submit one and only one application form. In case candidate submits more than one application form, he/she shall be disqualified for appearing for Asso- PGHCET- 2014.
