Instructions regarding Date and Eligibility for the Document Verification :
1. The candidates who have been found provisionally eligible in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) are called for Document Verification as per their merit of marks in the Written Examination.

2. The date of Document Verification (D V) is fixed from 21/04/2014 to 09/05/2014. The candidates are advised to report at 10.00 hrs in the morning on the day which is mention in their call letter.

3. The document verification for physically handicapped candidates is fixed on 09.05.2014. The candidates are advised to report at 10:00 hrs in the morning along with all original documents.

4. The candidates who will not be able to attend Document verification due to Elections in their respective states on 30/04/2014 and 07/05/2014 are advised to attend Document Verification on 15/05/2014 and 16/05/2014.

5. The venue for the Document Verification is as under:
Railway Recruitment Cell (Central Railway),
Chief Project Manager (Conv) Office Building,
Wadi Bunder, P. D’Mello Road,
Mumbai, Pin – 400010.

6. The standby candidates will be called for the Document Verification ONLY if the candidates in the main merit are absent/ rejected during Document Verification etc after following due procedure.

Instruction for the Candidate coming for Document Verification :
a) Candidates are advised to bring all their original documents and caste certificate in prescribed format duly signed by appropriate authority and also Xerox copy of the documents and caste certificate.
b) OBC candidate shall bring latest OBC Certificate with CREAMY LAYER clause in Central Government format only duly signed by appropriate authority.
c) Candidates are requested to bring original counter fail of call letter of written test and “Physical Efficiency Test (PET)” call letter at the time of Document Verification.
d) Candidates are advised to bring two (02) passport size recent colour photographs.
e) Candidates are advised to note that mere calling of candidate for Document Verification/Medical Examination does not entitle them for appointment in the Railway Service.
f) Final panel shall be prepared on the basis of merit of the Written Examination of the candidates who have qualified in PET and subsequently declared fit in Document Verification and Medical Examination.
g) RRC/Central Railway reserves the right to add/delete the name of any candidate from the notified result/panel at any stage of the recruitment procedure due to error or omission if any.
h) If any discrepancy or malpractice by the candidate is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage, the candidature of such a candidate is liable to be rejected. The decision of RRC in the matter shall be final.
i) Candidates may kindly see RRC website www.rrccr.com or www.rrccr.gov.in for latest updates.
j) The candidates will be sent for medical examination after they found eligible in the Document Verification. The medical examination may be held at any Divisional Headquarter viz. Mumbai, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Solapur & Pune. The candidates are advised to come prepared to stay and travel to the Medicalexamination centre which may required 2-4 days or more.
