Course Name : Post Graduate Diploma in Fusion Imaging Technology
Course Details :
i) One year “Post Graduate Diploma in Fusion Technology” (PGDFIT) is awarded by Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) Deemed University conducted at Tata Memorial Hospital followed by Mandatory 1 (one) year Internship at Dept. of Nuclear Medicine, Tata Memorial Hospital commencing from2nd June 2014 for Academic year 2014.
ii) This course is intended to impart education and training in nuclear medicine and fusion imaging technology and radiation safety. The Course is likely to be ACRREDITED by AERB.
Eligibility Criteria :
i) B.Sc with Minimum 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Radiography or any equivalent Degree.)
ii) B.Sc. RESULT AWAITED CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT APPLY.
iii) Preference will be given to Candidates with Experience in Imaging Technology.
Selection Criteria : Selection will be based on the evaluation of performance in Written Test followed by Interview.
Age Limit : Between 20 and 25 years. Only Indian Nationals Can Apply.
Duration : 1 Year + (01 year Mandatory Bond)
Non-Sponsored : A Stipend @Rs. 7500/-p.m. will be paid during the training. Candidate will be required to execute a Bond to serve the Tata Memorial Hospital for a period of 1 year on remuneration @ Rs. 15000/- p.m. after successful completion of the training. Annual College tuition fee will be charged Rs.14, 000/- per year.
Sponsored : National candidate sponsored from Cancer Centres / Hospitals for training will not be paid any stipend or will not need to honour a bond.
Training fee of Rs.14, 000/- will be charged per year.
Fee : Demand Draft of Rs. 100/-in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai
