** Now move cursor on menu “Generation and Submission of Trip Sheet” additional sub menu flashes and now you click on submenu “Generate Trip Sheet Online”.
** Enter the vehicle Number and Chassis Number and Press “Submit” button.
** Information related to Vehicle is shown in “Vehicle Details” group box. You can change vehicle details by click on “Change Vehicle Information”. Now enter the “Trip Sheet Details” and Press “Generate Trip Sheet Number”. Trip sheet No is generated, which shown by message.
** Now you can fill the information about your relevant goods (i.e. Form16, Form17).
** On check Form 16 “Form 16 Details group box “i
** Now you enter relevant information and Press “Submit” button. Enter the relevant information and press “Save button”
** The record entered by you shown in grid above the “Form 16 Details Entry”

1. To add another Invoice for same GR
2. To add another GR for same Form No.
3. Add another TIN/Series/Serial No.

By the same way you can fill the details of “Form 17”

After entering the relevant information you click on “Save Details”

Here are the options :
1. To add another Invoice for same GR

3. Add another Form 17 Serial No.

And the Goods Not covered by “Form 16 or 17 “.

By entering the relevant information Press on “Submit Details”

Here are the options :
1. To add another Invoice for same GR
2. Add another GR

You can preview by clicking on “Preview Trip Sheet “

You have 2 options :
1 You can submit the details by clicking on “Final submit” button
3. You can modify by clicking on “Modify Trip Sheet” button

For Modify :
** Click on “Modify Trip Sheet Online”
** Enter Trip Sheet Number and Press “Submit”.
** Click on “Update Trip Sheet” button. After updating message is shown by you
** “Your Trip Sheet updated successfully.” And now you press “Preview Trip Sheet” button.
** And now you press” Final Submit”.

For Print Trip Sheet :
** Click on Submenu “Print Trip Sheet”
** Enter relevant information and press “Submit“button.
** Now click “Trip Sheet Number”
** Now click on “Generate and Print Trip Sheet” button.
