IIRM, setup more than a decade ago by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA) and Government of AP, is one of its kind in the world, imparting education at the PG level to persons interested in taking to career in the fields of Insurance and Risk Management.

The Institute offers One year PG Programs in Insurance & Risk Management in addition to other courses. On successful completion. candidates get opportunities to be absorbed in Insurance Companies, Banks, IT and other companies. The Institute facilitates internship at industry majors to the students so that they get hands on exposure to the Corporate world. The courses are recognized and accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute, London (Oil), Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai (III) and Institute of Risk Management, London (IRM).

IIRM is also offering Dual Diplomas with the support of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London. While studying for the IPGD course a student can appear for Cll’s Examination and obtain Dual Diplomas viz., Dip CII and IPGD. Dip CII is a recognized insurance professional qualification in the world. Later, interested candidates can appear for additional examinations of CII so as to obtain ACII.

Eligibility : Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. Those who will be appearing for their final exams can also apply.

Course fee :
For IPG Diploma – Regular Rs 2.5 lacs*
For IPG Diploma – Plus Rs 2.8 lacs*
For Overseas applicants : USD 6,000* They will be admitted directly into lPGD Plus Program
*Add service tax as applicable

Fee : DD in favour of IIRM, payable at Hyderabad for Rs.337/-

1. Copies of certificates of Degree/Professional Qualifications/Experience are to be submitted along with the application.
2. Those who are appearing for the Graduation Final Year Exam have to submit the proof of having passed the examination with minimum 50% marks before commencement of classes. Admission of such selected candidates will be on provisional basis.

4. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
