1. Name of the post : National Sales Manager – Retail Business Group:
Retail Business Group would be focused on Working Capital/Term exposures for Client Groups under Rs.7 Crores.
The Right candidate should have Good Product Knowledge on Both Fund and Non fund based products with hands-on experience in Client management. Holistic approach in handling both Asset/Liability of Customers is a pre-requisite for all Client groups. Should possess good knowledge of Credit appraisal/processing, marketing, pre and post sanction documentation etc.
Qualification :
i) Minimum Graduates/Post Graduates/MBA with at least 7 to 10 years’ experience in Working Capital funding with Private Sector Banks.
ii) Willingness to travel extensively and deliver on targets.
iii) Should be self-motivated person.
iv) Ability to Build/Manage teams and deliver on Sales Targets.
Age group: Below 40 years
Location: Chennai
Remuneration : on CTC basis and would be commensurate with present role and emoluments.

2 Name of the post : Regional Sales Managers – Retail Business Group:

Location: Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi
Remuneration : on CTC basis and would be commensurate with present role and emoluments.

3 Name of the post : Relationship Manager – Retail Business Group:
Retail Business Group would be focused on Working Capital/Term exposures for Client Groups under Rs.7 Crores.
The Right candidate should have Good Product Knowledge on Both Fund and Non fund based products with hands-on experience in Client management. ii) Willingness to travel extensively.
iii) Have a flair for selling products of the bank and deliver on sales targets.

Location: Branch locations Pan India
Remuneration on CTC basis and would be commensurate with
present role and emoluments.
