NICMAR ADMISSION 2014
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over thirty years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India’s leader Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management, Project Management (CRIP). Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognised the Institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). With strong support from the industry, NICMAR is recognised as a prestigious Centre of Excellence in techno-management education in CRIP. The Institute has near 100% campus placement record, including overseas placement, even during recent economic downturn. Applications are invited for admissions to the following programmes for academic year 2014.
FULL TIME ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMES: Commencing from July 14, 2014
1. Nameo of the post : Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM)
Duration : Two Year
Location : Offered from Pune Campus
This multi-disciplinary programme aims at in-depth competency development for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing and investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.
Eligibility Criteria: – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks
2. Name of the Course : Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM)
Duration : Two Year
Location : For Goa and Indore Campuses only
Eligibility Criteria: – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Note : Limited seats are available for each of these programmes
Fee: Prospectus & application form for all the courses can be obtained from NICMAR-Pune on payment of Rs. 1700/- for one programme or Rs. 2500/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of “NICMAR, Pune”
