ePayment of Gujarat VAT Baroda Connect :
Baroda Connect”is an umbrella of eBanking products offered to the customers on echannels. Under this umbrella an additional product, ‘ePayment of Gujarat VAT’has been added to give more convenience and comfort to our customers.

General :
Customer registers at Commercial Tax Dept Gujarat (CTD) website i.e. www.commercialtax.gujarat.gov.in and gets User ID and Password
** Customer logs on to CTD Portal and make the VAT Payment using Baroda Connect User ID and Passwords
** CIN No will appear in description of debited transaction

** ePayment can be made on behalf of any individual, corporate
** No more visits, queues and waiting at Collection center

Who can avail these services ? :
** Customer having operative account with any CBS Branch
** Customer registered with Baroda Connect, Bank’s ebanking services
** Customer to be register for ePayment of Gujarat VAT at CTD Portal i.e. www.commercialtax.gujarat.gov.in

Baroda Connect Registration :
** Customer to visit the Baroda Connect website – http://www.bobibanking.com
** Download Application form for eBanking for Retail or Corporate User
** This form is also available at the BoB CBS Branches
** Customer to fill the form and submit along with relevant documents to a BoB CBS Branch
** BoB Branch validates the customer information
** BoB Dispatches the User ID to Customers communication address
** Customer to collect the PW from the BoB Branch
** Customer is enabled for Baroda Connect Services after receiving PW

CTD Registration Process :
** Visit to www.commercialtax.gujarat.gov.in
** Select ‘Online Payment’
** Click on New User
** Fill all the relevant details including password
** Click on ‘SUBMIT’

Payment Process :
** Login to www.bankofbaroda.com
** Click on Online Taxes and Select Gujarat Commercial Tax under State Taxes
** Login with CTD User ID and Password
** Select the VAT and fill all details of payment including Bank Name
** Click on ‘Confirm’
** Select Retail/Corporate and login with Baroda Connect User ID and sign on Password
** Verify the details of payment and select account to be debited and confirm
** Reconfirm the Details and give Baroda Connect User ID and Transaction Password
** On Successful Payment, Printable Cyber Receipt is shown
** Always click on Link provided below Cyber Receipt to complete the Transaction and update the payment at CTD Portal
** Successful payment message will be shown by CTD Portal

Regeneration of Cyber Challan :
** Login to www.bobibanking.com
** Select TAX
** Click on Regeneration of Challan under Gujarat VAT
** Enter 26 digit CIN No.
** Click on Generate
** Challan will be shown on screen
** Take a printout of Cyber Challan

DO’s :
** Always look for Success/Failure or system message at the top of Screen.
** Incase of any error after giving user id and transaction password, Check your debit account before trying again.

Dont’s :
** Do not click twice on any option
** Do not use back/refresh/forward button
** Do not proceed in case of doubt
