Ration Card Data Corrections Online :
Ration Card Data Corrections is applied by the citizen through the MeeSeva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildar and processed. The Processing steps are provided below.

Procedure for Processing : –
** Select “Ration Card Data Corrections” from Application Processing
** After selecting the “Ration Card Data Corrections” in Application Processing.

Note :
Tahasildhar can also process through the link “Request Process by Dashboard in the Tahasildhar Login.

From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar control.

Note :
Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc…)” from request status drop down list

Note :
Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status

** After selecting “Request Status” from request status dropdown list, click on “Get Details” button
** After clicking on “Get Details” button, all Not Viewed Requests are displayed.
** After getting requests, select the Request which has to be processed.
** After selecting the request, the below screen will be displayed.

Note :
Now the request is in Open status.
Here Edit Options are given to the House hold details and Members details based on corrections in the Tahasildhar Login.

Here, Tahasildhar downloads all the attached documents and Verification documents by clicking on links.

Note :
After downloading all documents, MRI & VRO collect documents from the Tahasildhar for field level enquiry.

After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Tahasildhar.

Now Tahasildhar can take action (either Accept/Reject) based on MRI & VRO report. L

Note :
Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by checking the “Accept” Radio button.
If Tahasildar wants to reject the request. Then select reject radio button, enter remarks and clicking on Sign button.

** Now Tahasildar selects FP shop from FP Shop NO. Drop down based on Field level enquiry.
** Now Tahasildar Approve/ Reject the House Hold Details Corrections based on field level enquiry.
** Now Tahasildar Approve/ Reject the Member Details Corrections based on field level enquiry.
** Now Tahasildhar uploads the Check List, MRI Report and VRO Report which is received from MRI & VRO.
** Now Tahasildhar enter “Remarks” and click on “Submit” button.
** After clicking on “Submit” button, Preview window will be displayed with all Approved and rejected Details.
** Now clicking on “OK” button.
** After clicking on “OK” button “Ration Card” is generated with Modifications
** Now Tahasildar Clicking on “Sign” Button.
** After Clicking on “Sign” Button, digital certificate pop is generated.
** Now select the digital certificate and click on “OK” Button
** After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generate.
** Now clicking on “OK” button.
** After Clicking on “Sign” Button, “Request Approve Successfully” message will be displayed.

Note : –
Now the Request is in Approved status.

After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like your Request is Approved/ Rejected.

Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, then Ration Card will be printed at Franchisee through “Print Ration Card” Service.
