Essential qualification for Non-teaching positions under Group ‘A’, ‘B’ ‘C’, & ‘D’ :
For Post Code – 1536 (Director):
A. (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. in Arts/Science/Agriculture/Veterinary Science qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and having published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
(ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
(iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology- mediated teaching learning process.
A minimum consolidated API score requirement of 400 points from category III of APIs as given in table 1 Appendix III of UGC Regulations on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education 2010.
OR
B. An outstanding professional, with established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.

For Post Code- 1537 (Registrar):
(1) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(2) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of 7000 or above or with 8 years of service in the AGP 8000 or above including as Associate Professor along with experience in Educational Administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education. OR 15 years of Administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

For Post Code- 1538 (Medical Superintendent):
(1) A basic University qualification included in the schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(2) Master of Hospital Administration or M.S./M.D. or equivalent qualifications

For Post Code- 2711 (Radiological Safety Officer):
(1) M.Sc. in Physics and Dip. RP OR M.Sc. (Med. Physics) with R.S.O. certification
(2) 05 years experience as a Physicist or equivalent in Radiotherapy Department in Medical College/Institute/Hospital/Centre.

For Post Code- 2712 (Deputy Librarian):
i. A Master’s Degree in library science/information science/documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record.
ii. Five years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.
iii. Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library.

For Post Code- 2713 (System Manager) : M.Sc.(Comp.Sc.)/B.E.(Comp.Sc.) with at least 55% of marks and 9 years experience of extensive programming and system management OR MCA/M.Tech.(Comp.Sc.) with 55% of marks and 8 years’ experience of extensive programming and system management OR M.Sc. in Mathematics or Physical Sciences/B.E. in non-Computer branch with 55% of marks and 10 years experience of Computer Programming and system management.

For Post Code- 2714 (Dy. Medical Superintendent) (MM): MBBS recognized by MCI, MD/MS recognized by MCI in any clinical subject with 10 years administrative experience in a teaching hospital having minimum 500 beds. Age limit: Less than 55 years at the time of advertisement.

For Post Code- 2715 (Dy. Medical Superintendent) (IM): BAMS, MD (Ayurveda) recognized by CCIM with 10 years administrative experience in a teaching hospital having 150 beds.

For Post Code- 3112 (Assistant Engineer (Civil):
(1) Degree or Diploma in Civil/Architecture/Public Health Engg.
(2) Atleast 3 years experience ( 8 years in case of Diploma Holders) in the relevant discipline

For Post Code- 3113 & 3175 (Assistant Librarian):
i. A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library.
ii. Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
iii. However, candidates, who are, or have been awarded Ph. D. degree in accordance with the “University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree), Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of University Assistant Librarian / College Librarian.

For Post Code- 3114 (Principal) :
(a) Second Class Master’s Degree with not less than 50% marks.
(b) A Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Education or equivalent duly approved by the NCTE from a recognized University.
(c) At least 10 years experience in Educational Institutions including at least 7 years teaching experience at Senior Secondary or Higher level in recognized institutions and minimum 3 years experience in educational administration.

For Post Code-3115 (Nursing Superintendent): M.Sc. in Nursing with a minimum of 06 years administrative experience in nursing in a hospital of 500 beds or above OR B.Sc. Nursing (Basic or Post Basic) with 8 years administrative experience of nursing in a hospital of 500 beds or above.

For Post Code- 3116 (Medical Officer): MBBS recognized by MCI and MD/MS (General Medicine, General Surgery).

For Post Code- 3176 Assistant Teacher (PRT) :
a). Second Class Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University.
b). B.Ed. or equivalent Degree from a recognized University.
c). Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English medium.

For Post Code- 3176 Assistant Teacher (PRT) :
a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education). AND
b) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. c) Competence to teach in Hindi & English medium.

For Post Code – 4307 (Animal Care Taker): High School passed having 3 years working experience in Life Science Laboratory and knowledge of handling of rodent colony, maintenance of animal house.

For Post Code – 4308 (Laboratory Attendant): B. Sc. or I. Sc. with 3 years experience or ITI with 2 years experience in the relevant area.

(1) High School or its equivalent,
(2) Valid Driving License of LMV/HMV and
